What can I say about TGIS Catering that hasn't already been said? They are absolutely amazing! The food is top notch and service is wonderful. I really love how they have different packages that you can choose from to fit your budget.

TGIS catering is one of the best decisions you can make for your event. Their food is amazing, and they are extremely creative with their presentation and service of the food...it's impressive. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everyone will be talking about the food after your next event and asking who you hired, and as we all know the food is what people care about most when they remember your party.

All things delicious this catering company supplies the best and the most beautiful display of foods. Last night they catered a party with the most delicious paella! The most creative martini mash potato short rib bar... with all of the Little extras that go with it( Bacon crispy, onions , red peppers , Parmesan cheese) And delicious hot prosciutto flatbread pizzas and mushroom flatbreads. The bar was set up beautifully and the staff had generous pours flowing.... Champagne , wine , beautiful cosmopolitan cocktails in the most gorgeous glasses.... If You are in need of an outstanding catering company- " thank goodness it's Sophia" is the company you need to call.

I got the opportunity to visit the TGIS (Thank Goodness It's Sofia) HQ for a food tasting. TGIS is the one stop shop for catering for your upcoming event. This is also a family business. George, the CEO, gave us a tour of the facility and the options TGIS can do for your event. They can do boxes meals to plated options. I also loved the grab and go option! This team is diverse in experience, culinary skills, inclusive of celebrating cultures though different dishes, and mindful of dietary restrictions. We also loved how they shared where their food comes from here in the state of CA. If you're looking for a catering company that can also support sustainability practices, TGIS is your team! They showed us their compostable plates and utensils. I love this option. I'm happy to say that I personally booked them for our upcoming event next October! The process of booking was easy and transparent. Staci is a wealth of knowledge and made sure to listen to our needs. I'm excited to write an updated review next year about our in-person experience! Phenomenal service! Truly top notch...I was a neurotic mess planning a very small event for some executives but thankfully, TGIS was cool as a cucumber. Drew really helped put our mind at ease and the two day event went without a hitch. Jason was their onsite rep, incredibly efficient, professional and very funny....he kept things running smoothly and transformed our conference room into a 5-star restaurant. The food was absolutely scrumptious - our team raved about it for days to come. If you need a professional team to make an impression, look no further. TGIS always delivers.

Great service and absolutely some of the best cuisine I have ever had from a caterer. Very reasonably priced and has many venues to hold events to choose from.

I've been fortunate enough to be invited to events where TGIS Catering was serving their food and it was fabulous. Their food selections were good and very creative. They're also one of the approved caterers for the Long Beach Pops Concert Series and their food was always served on time and at the proper temperature.

TGiS recently did our daughter's wedding reception at Giracci Vineyards and they were AMAZING! Guests were raving about the food and still are a week later. TGiS went above and beyond to make our daughter's reception truly spectacular and special. George and Staci helped every step of the way. They even coordinated with the rental company Signature on our behalf which helped alleviate much stress. We were wowed at the tasting with all the offerings which made it so hard to choose. Every single item was A+! Some standouts on the apps were the Thai noodle served in mini take out containers with the happy couples initials on it, tuna tacos, and some sort of buffalo chicken in home made mini waffles --WOW! For dinner we had braised short ribs (oh my gosh, melt in your month delicious), truly to die for spicy pasta, 2 types of salad, veggies and lemon potato wedges that held their flavor the entire way through (not just the outside). In lieu of a large wedding cake, TGiS suggested & served a butter crumb cake with home made caramel and ice cream -- OH MY GOD the guests were besides themselves! Their staff that evening were so professional and kind as well. The bartenders were all personable and great at making drinks. We had 2 signature drinks, one of which was a Cadillac Margarita. Literally people were saying it was the best they ever had. No surprise since TGiS hand made the mix themselves from high quality ingredients. I can't rave enough about TGiS. Hosting a wedding is stressful enough but I will say that from the moment I arrived at the venue, I was able to relax because I knew we were in good hands with George and his TGiS staff and I was able to enjoy myself. TGiS truly made this one of the most memorable events for our family.

TGIS just catered a business luncheon at our office, and I had one of the BEST cobb salads I've ever had! The garlicky ranch dressing was so good, I wanted to eat it by the spoonfuls...no joke! Most other comments I've heard from my co-workers give high praise for the different dishes. I WISH there was a store front that I could just order food from!! My hats off.
