Amazing pop up dining experience. They run about once a month. We were lucky enough to come on a night that paid homage to their restaurant opening menu. Wine pairings were spot on. It was lovely getting to know about the locally sourced ingredients as well as how the wines we tried tonight were made and procured. Highly recommended if you can get in. It only seats 35 so it will be a great intimate experience. Besides the food, my favorite part was their attention to detail. Servers crumb the table top after the bread starter. Our dishes were warmed for the hot foods and chilled for the salad. Truly a fine dining experience.
