Loved it! Tbh searching for any taco place around and took a risk coming but so worth it!! It's quite a small place definitely built for takeout but the food was so delicious! Flavorful, fresh and hot. Only took a picture of my enchilada plate but we tried chicken quesadillas and an asada burrito as well. And the workers there were super nice and friendly. Don't skip the salsas both were good!

Not based off food this is before I try them. I'm not sure how I feel, there menu has completely different prices but when we asked she said "oh we haven't changed our menu prices". Then you should be charged for what the menu is saying not the new price. It's deceiving and unproffesionalQuesadilla says $9.50 It's actually a Dollar more. Tacos say $2.15 They are actually $2.20It's just not okay

I went here during lunch time and I was late back to work and I have a hour long lunch. They messed up two orders in front of me and had to remake them. They also did not call out my order once it was done and I had to go up for them to realize it was sitting there. The food was actually really good. I got a burrito and birria tacos. Both 8/10. But they were very disorganized and I was frustrated at the service.

Feeling upset today I had taste for a asada burrito w/o rice plus cheese it was not good at all the cook didn't feel like cooking the meat was nasty with no flavor and the red sauce was not hot and the green sauce was watery smh I was so mad because I should've took my ass to subway and ate healthy today I don't know what happened to them they was bomb but now it's WHAT EVER !!!

Got this as take out and everything we ate was great! Ate so fast no pictures but I will do better next time.This is a to go place, only couple tables inside. Birria was my favorite.

My favorite hole in the wall taqueria! I've tried others in the area and I always come back to Taqueria wen chef! Definitely a to go spot because there's only two chairs inside with no A/C, just a heads up. The portions are huge and very reasonably priced. Most tacos are 1.75 per taco everyday and they're overfilled with meat to the point that it's falling out. Their salsa roja is my favorite, the perfect spice level and freshness to complement the tacos without being overwhelming. My absolute favorite meat is the Al Pastor, the asada is also good! We also tried their Birrria which was tasty as well with their extra spicy salsa.

Solid hole in the wall taqueria. Located on the corner of Lakewood and Artesia with a small parking lot. It's a really small establishment with a few tables and chairs. There is a plethora of choices between the protein to the type of food you want from tacos to sopes to tortas to nachos and more. Extremely reasonably priced to considering the quantity of food they give you. Only knock is the carne asada I got was a bit salty. Outside of that definitely coming back to try the other stuff.

I just went yesterday and I ordered 2 large waters, the pineapple and Horchata like I always do and they gave these tiny cups and I was like no I wanted large and the cashier said that's the only size they have and I said nooo I pointed to the tip cup they have and said that's the cup size I always get when I say large and then she said they changed it to one cup size only. The cup is tiny for $4 what a rip off! They should have a sign or let customers know about the change. Other than that Tacos are bomb, everything we have tried is goodThe alpastor tacos are my favorite.

I have been calling and texting the owner for 2 days and they have not responded at all. My family got sick over tacos and the cashier said only the owner can issue a refund. +1 (323) 821-6024 is the owner number and they refuse to answer

Horrible food. Went in there to try their Birria and the Birria torta, the meat was dry, the torta literally was just the bread and meat, the consume ( au jus) had no flavor at all! The tacos (the meat) had a funny taste. Just all bad.
