Tam's Burgers

I got takeout with some workmates because they said it was really tasty. I had the pastrami I thought I died and went to heaven. The pastrami was so tender and juicy and flavorful. My friend told me that everyone's really nice there and they take good care of you. I can't wait to go eat in person.

It's very busy here. Make sure to ask the cashier to repeat your order because you might get the wrong thing. I told the cashier I wanted a chili cheese dog but she took down chili cheese fries. It wasn't until I got home and looked in the bag that I got the wrong thing. So I had to go back and they were nice enough to take it back and give me my chili cheese dog. I think I might've gotten sick from the food. I also ordered onion rings too bc it's so bomb. You can either order thru drive thru or walk inside to order. The inside is kept clean enough with tables for you to dine in. My bf says he prefers this location and he's from here. I thought the food was okay and my experience is to have your food hot so you can enjoy Oh it's pricey so watch out your wallet be lot lighter leaving the place.

The food is amazing I've been to this restaurant for 10 years already, never been disgusted by the food but depends on what y look order

Tams - today, my husband picked up a grilled chicken dinner. I took a bite into the chicken and instantly knew something was off. To my dismay, it was extremely pink inside and cold. I called in, was put on hold, and finally, a lady took my call. I asked her if I could speak to a manager because the chicken dinner my husband just picked up through the drive thru is raw. She said Jimmy is not in, but I could pick up a new meal today or tomorrow. I let her know that I was already cooking it and was truly not interested in another meal. I suggested she please let the cooks know their chicken isn't being fully cooked. She told me, "It's already cooked!" And it was apparent to me that she just wanted to get me off the phone. I responded in a stern tone and said, "Well, the one I have isn't. People can get very sick from this and you need to do something." That was it. This is NOT acceptable. I appreciate the offer of a new meal, but we aren't interested in driving back. We purposely went to Tam's for a quick meal due to time constraints. I truly wish she would have taken the time to reassure me that this would be addressed immediately. It's disappointing to know the people working there do not care about their customers eating a safe meal. I also don't appreciate that I had to cook my own chicken and ended up having to eat cold fries because it took a while for the chicken to be ready.

If there is one place the LB natives know, it's Tam's. I don't need to share that, yes, I'm referring to the same Tams that Snoop Dogg included in his Super Bowl performance. Let's begin with the juicy burgers. Good Lord! There is nothing like one for a local burger. And the fries... I look forward to grabbing a freshly seasoned HOT fry that will burn my mouth with its yumminess. Seasoned to perfection! Quick & efficient service. They get you in and out the drive thru pretty quickly. The drive thru lines suck because they are usually in the street but like I said, they are pretty quick so I usually wait patiently like the person in front & behind. The one thing that always makes me crazy is when you get to the guy that takes your order, he has no menu so u should look up what you want before you get to him. It's no 5 star restaurant so don't expect 5 star service. You seat yourself if you go inside (it's not big, by any means). They always greet the customers. Tams crews work hard. They seem to have a steady flow of customers thru out the day. Don't miss out on a Tams burger, at least once. Is it messy? Yes! Messy but good. Though, if you ask my grandson, he will swear by the fries and taquitos.

I always enjoy their chicken salad, but the last time I order the fried chicken salad that was a huge mistake! The chicken was hard and burned and tasted like it was just microwaved. I had to go all the way back to return. I was so disappointed. The service is good. The lady wasn't rude. And the ambiance is not the best neither is it in a good area.

There's a reason there's always a line at Tams, the food is always good! Tams is such a classic to the city of Paramount and love seeing the business continue to thrive. Food: burgers and fries are delicious and well seasoned. Staff: drive thru staff are always sweet and friendly. There is a good handoff in between and you don't get that rushed feeling where they want to get you out of the way.

6/27/24 drive window ordering Be AWARE of PRICING!!!!!Take a photo of out side menuOrdered 2 pastrami sandwiches on the board outside Said 15.49 when I went to window she was going to charge me 17.00 something each. Showed her a photo and complained about pricing she gave it to me for 15.49Said the owner is aware. Obviously employees are aware of the pricing and still charge without you knowing. That is a violation to their customers!!!!Charging different prices for a business is not right. Report to Better Business Bureau Or Weights and Measurements for incorrect pricing.Remember check your pricing And to the Manager Jimmy fix your pricing Stop taking advantage of your customers Shame on Tam's and the Owners for allowing and knowing that to happen !!!!!!!I don't feel as a customer I have to argue about your pricing that you fail to uphold for your customers
