This place just isn't that good. It's as simple as that...I was getting my car window fixed at the shop next door and had about 30min to kill so I decided to swing by Tams and grab some food. First off, their menu is all over the place. Variety can be good in the right circumstances but they offer a lot of non-hamburger variety so it makes me wonder if they're focus is actually on serving a solid burger. I ordered a bacon cheese burger, with fries and a Pepsi. When I received my order the burger had no bacon on it at all. I didn't feel like going through the hassle of having to wait for them to remake it so I just said screw it, took it as it came. The burger was mediocre at best. It lacked the flavor I was hoping for. The fries could have used a little more salt but were decent and better than the burger. Pepsi is Pepsi lol, enough said. They gave me a side of they house sauce which is basically a watered down thousand island dressing. The customer service was ok. The lady that took my order seemed to be stressed or overwhelmed but wasn't rude or anything like that. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Honestly they don't care about the food anymore I ordered a cheese burger special with substitute Chili cheese fires and the fries looked horrible and the burger had no cheese and no dressing it's just sad this was one of the best Tams around.

Literally asked for a double cheeseburger and got a single patty!!! And asked for less chilli and more cheese and got the opposite!!! Worst spot to buy food !!!! Go somewhere else cuz this place isn't it !!!!

Ok here we go i use to live here and this hamburger stand is the closet to where I visit but it never fails each and ever time I truly wish people used there ppl skills they are dealing with customers. When ordering you feel rushed every single time as if there is some sort of line but there hardly is. Its hard ordering if the cashier is not bilingual so if you are unfamiliar its easier to just get a cheeseburger.

whorst service i think to replace all staff no good tams is the best but employyes like that dont deveservet change that please i try to be a weekly costumer but they start to cunfuse mi order i order a regular burguer and a sprite and they gibme a pastrami burghuer and a coke and just smile i never goo back to that place is on flarence and alameda and she charge come on that is bad whorst place
