Tam's Burgers

Roach in the photo on the wall, rude cashier and out of service restroom. Also was charged extra for these pickles. Cashier was illiterate and also very rude.

The chicken salad is not what it used to be. I only received 1 dressing per salad. Before it was 2 dressings. The salad was messy looking and the pita was not cut in triangles like before. The salad doesn't have as many toppings as before .. it just wasn't good.. had to toss it out. I should have read the reviews before being happy to revisit an old favorite!

The lady taking the orders has a bad / rude attitude. She was talking to the other workers and they would all look at us and laughed. The bathroom is always out of service also! The food is not the same as before.

Their services horrible they get the order wrong back to back to back no matter what you tell them they have vagrants in the dining area. The place smells like piss. They should be closed down the lady Maria who I gave the information to got the order wrong, and argued it, even though I had to record a conversation I had to drive 4 miles to go back over there to waste my time. We spent $54 on nothing I didn't get my money back. I didn't get the proper order and almost got into a fight with one of the vagrants inside of the actual place. It's horrible don't go there don't take your children don't go to the drive-through I would not order from anything from that place. Maria is a horrible customer service person it should be terminated.

Good chili cheese fries and good service. Their burgers are also better than a lot of other places around.

I love this restaurant, great service and very kind and helpful workers; especially the food is well cooked and tastes delicious

It's the worse Tams ever it's expensive the side door doesn't work . Now with all this Covid going on they only use one entrance. The sodas machine works but the ice machine is always broken . Their fries are basically just soggy their cooked right . It's not always open they close at 8 -9 they gust need another new owner or management it's a dead business. Not like before that it was always open with customers.

The restroom is out of service , it looks like it's been days since it's been out of service. The customer service was horrible and when we asked goes tortillas because we were missing some they wanted to charge us. $100 dollars spent here today and couldn't wash our hands and they all were rude. I wonder what the health department would say about your restroom being shut to the public. I would never come here !!!!
