This was an absolutely fantastic find!! The service was excellent, the food was AMAZING, and the price was surprising because of the great quality and quantity of the food. I wouldn't say it's cheap but I'm glad I could afford it. Will most definitely be coming back to eat and try something new. Rice and beans were legit and that's something you need to know. I went for Mother's Day (2019) and we all loved it Thank you so much!!!

Great quality! Great prices! Great service! Easy parking in back. Not big, but plenty of seating. Table service. Sweet people. Clean restroom. Large menu. Regular Tortas and Burritos just $5.50. Soft tacos just $1.60, Fish $2.49, Shrimp $2.95. Son's chicken tacos appeared to be all clean, grilled white meat, not pulled out of some dripping, boiling vat. I upgraded my Chicken Burrito to the Especial. It was large, topped with jack cheese, crema, avocado slices, tomatoes, onions and cilantro. What more could you want? Deal for $6.75. Next time, looking at the Fish Caldo (stew) for just $8.75 or the Grilled Fish Fillet Plate for $9.95. Special Salad with Asada, Chicken or Shrimp is just $6.99...sounds like a winner!Only downside is no alcohol, but there's always take out?

I've had my belly, er I mean my eye on this little joint for some time, but just never seemed to stop in. Hell, I drive by it on the way home from work every stinkin' workday. But, it is easy to miss, it doesn't look like much, and by definition, is damn near the epitome of a hole in the wall joint. Located on the southwest corner of Anaheim St. and Pioneer Ave., it's not much to look at from the outside painted in typical "grab you by the poo poo" Wilmas / Southwestern style colors. There is a small, dedicated parking lot behind the joint that will accommodate about six or seven vehicles. Inside, the quaint interior is unassuming and very, very clean but only has about 8 or so tables, with only one being large enough for six to eight adults so large groups be forewarned. As I approached the counter, I was greeted by a really cool and courteous dude who politely asked if I could be helped and what would I like. Having read some of the reviews before my visit, I knew that I had to have at least one Shrimp Taco. The question was from there, what else did I want to stuff down my intestinal track to fill the large abdominal cavity that I call my belly...To supplement my shrimp taco, I was a bit indecisive but rather hesitantly chose a carne asada, wet, green chili, burrito. (A wise choice it was!!!). But I'll get to that in a second. Upon your sit down, you will be asked if you'd like chips and salsa, (do say yes!). Chips are freshly made and while the salsa is more like red sauce / hot sauce, than a typical salsa, it's still pretty effin' tasty. Nice little kick to it too!!!As for the shrimp taco, some on Yelp have proclaimed them to be "the best shrimp tacos", and while I may not go quite that far, that sucker was good. Damn good!!! What I enjoyed even more though was the carne asada, wet, green chili, burrito. Topped with avocado and sour cream, drenched in delectable green chili salsa and packed with otherworldly Mexican goodness, I thought I had passed on and gone to culinary heaven. And while I was pretty much done about 3/4 of the way through it, I couldn't help myself and just had to ramble on, all the way to the end. Kicked that bad boy's a$$, then it kicked mine, lol. So, so good.Definitely looking forward to a repeat visit.

I didn't love it. Fish was flat and weird hard textured. I ordered a fish taco just to try it and my boyfriend a fish taco and taco al pastor. Waitress gave us order in one plate. Is it so difficult to give us our own separate plates like a regular restaurant?Al pastor was average. Prices are average.

This is a great place in the heart of several businesses in Wilmington. There is parking in the back of the building and street parking as well.Inside there are about 8 tables that fit at least 4 people (some with more capacity). It has a very home feel when walking in. Everything our group ordered was delicious. Their homemade guacamole is one of the best we've ever had. The carne asada nachos hit the spot real well. They use excellent cheese (not your typical yellow nacho cheese) that give it excellent flavor. Our entrees included a carne asada wet burrito, shrimp plate, fish plate and shrimp cocktail. All were well received by everyone. They also have great Horchata and Tamarindo water drinks. The overall service was excellent. Our chips were always filled and drinks were always kept full. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. This is a spot we'll definitely hit up again soon!
