I have been to several locations. This one is very clean and spacious. I ordered the asada super mulita. Had a good amount of asada, cheesy and a lot of sour cream. There was a little bit of guacamole. However it was delicious and made to order.I ordered the pastor tacos. The pastor had a good flavor. I added the grilled onions and salsa which gave it more flavor. The staff were attentive and the food was good.

In our late night search for champurrado, Tacos Gavilan was the only place open late that had champurrado in stock. Was highly impressed and satisfied with the quality. 10/10! I absolutely love this restaurant. I love the convenience of the dual lane drive thru. The tacos are delicious. The meat is really good quality. It is seasoned well, & there are very few fatty pieces. I like that the condiments are packaged separately. I also like the presentation & how they package the tacos. I had to repeat my order like 3 times in the window because they never got it right the first time. It wasn't a difficult order I didn't do any substitutions or modifications just ordered 4 items from their direct menu (as is). Then when I finally come home I noticed that I got a steak sope instead of chicken. I checked the receipt and receipt even said chicken. So, I'm really upset about the service and accuracy of their orders.

I appreciated the clean environment and ample seating at this place, and ordering was quite convenient. However, my experience didn't quite live up to the hype. The tacos were just sad - dry and lacking in flavor. Having enjoyed authentic tacos near San Diego, my expectations might have been set pretty high. Though the multiple locations suggest popularity, this visit wasn't quite what I hoped for.

My girlfriend and I dined in tonight around 10:45pm not much people were around , the person who took my order kept like at my partner even when I went to get a drink she told me that the guys behind the counter kept staring even when I sat with her I just kept my eyes on them. The guys here seemed like they've never seen young girls before it's disgusting I hope the higher ups looks into this and try to make their customers feel comfortable to eat without being stared at.
