If you want to find the best carne asada fries in Long Beach head over to this little taco truck on the corner of Cedar and Pacific Coast. I was surprised to see cucumbers on the Asada fries they added a very unique one of a kind taste that definitely made them stand out! They had a variety of salsas to pick from which were all nice and spicy just how like it they went perfectly with my tacos! The tacos al vapor we're also delicious! I highly recommend you stop by and try them. The staff was very friendly I love seeing family owned and operated taco trucks they carry a unique flavor and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Best shrimp tacos and burritos I've ever had. And the best spicy sauce to add on! I love this taco truck they're clean, fast and really nice folks there. They're out during the day but at night they have a good ambience w lights and seating. On the weekends they serve birria, with a very rich flavor and again a special salsa that goes with it. And the best hand made tortillas that's wait for it... endless if you stay there and eat! Make sure to visit if you're cruising down the PCH.

I visited thIs at taco truck last Sunday, 01/19/2020. I was driving on PCH, thinking about what to eat. I saw this truck from afar. I've never seen this spot before but I decided to give it a try. The girl was really nice and she confirmed that they were new in town. I tried their birria tacos and cabeza. Those tacos were bomb. I enjoyed the hand made tortilla for the birria tacos. it gave it a homey feel. My boyfriend tried their asada fries and he realLy enjoyed them. They were very heavy, which he appreciated. I definitely wilL be back and try their burritos next!!

I got a asada burrito and it was delicious! The beans are not refried which in my opinion is a lot more flavor full.
