Tacos Del 8

I have been using Tacos Del 8 for many years! We used them for teacher appreciaton day lunch, several university department gatherings, and for a beloved one's memorial service. They are outstanding and have always gone above and beyond! Tacos are delicious, food is plenty and more, and their setup is fantastic! Definitely 5 stars!

After hearing great things about Tacos Del 8 on a neighborhood chat forum, we booked them to serve food for a surprise party in the backyard.We had tacos, fajitas, and quesadillas which were made to order with chicken and beef. We also subbed shrimp for the rice and beans as we had those coming from a different vendor. The food was hot, tasty, and plentiful. Our guests just couldn't get enough of it! Many people in our group of 50 got seconds and thirds and we still had leftovers. Tacos Del 8 was great to work with. They arrived 1.5 hours before they were set to start and they seemed to be in no rush to breakdown their booth after the agreed upon two hour serving time. They brought everything they needed - a tent, tables, table coverings, cook top, plates, utensils, and all the fixings - sour cream, salsa, cilantro, cheese, guacamole, and chips.They offer great service, great food, and all at a great price!

WE LOVE TACOS DEL 8!! If you are looking to hire a taco caterer in the area look no further. We have hired Tacos del 8 for many many years now and they never disappoint. They are also the nicest people! Very laid back, stress free and the best tacos around. This time around we ordered al pastor, carne asada, chicken and grilled veggies. With the quesadillas, beans, rice, salsas, guac and chips...it was endless!!! They even so kindly packed up all the extras that we couldn't finish for us to keep as leftovers. Honestly, hire them!!! The food is AMAZING and Maria and Diego were very friendly and easy to talk to. They were on time and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The price and menu are pretty much set, so there's no guessing what you'll be receiving. Communication was excellent (phone, text and email), so I'm guessing some of these Yelp reviewers complaining about this issue - maybe it's you as it tends to be so many times. They showed up on time, set up, and served at the promised time. Teresa and the kids set up everything up nicely. Carne asada, chicken, and al pastor for the meats. They also had quesadillas with Mexican cheese, a mixture of onions and peppers, calavacitas, and all the condiments and fixings. Once it was time for cleanup, they packaged the extra food in foil containers for us to keep. I will definitely use them again.

Quick setup , great quality food , and a simple in-n-out type of menu with only a few TASTY options that help you get those tacos in your stomach ASAP

TacosDel8 was incredible. We called around to several vendors to cater my daughter's 3rd birthday. TacosDel8 had the best options and value. They made solid recommendations. The set up was incredible complete with a beautiful spread. You could tell they genuinely loved what they were doing and were eager for guests to try their product. Drum roll...it was hands down the best taco catering I have ever tasted. Incredible. All of our guests were raving and requesting contact information. We will 100% be having them as a staple in our events. Thank you for making the party such a success.

Beyond what we hoped.When Teresa answered my call, I immediately felt we would be well taken care of her voice was kind, her forthrightness about what Tacos Del 8 could and could not offer was clear. She was completely reassuring ( as this was the first time I called for such a service).I made several calls before our party, and each and every time Teresa's responses were kind and clear ; I relaxed.When party day came, we were thrilled. The food, as promised was plentifuland absolutely delicious. I am embarrassed to admit how many times I went back for more. The co-host, who is a first class cook had exactly the same response about the quality of the food and professional friendly service.The food was served under the umbrella Tacos del 8 brought, they were very clear about the amount of space they needed to set up their stand, and absolutely reliable not only about the food, and also kept their promise of providing plates, utensils etc.Mainly we were delighted to meet the wonderful family, who quickly made us feel like their family. They are warm and friendly and absolutely delightful human beings. And they are consulate professionals.You will be more than happy if you use Tacos Del 8

Theresa and Ralph are the nicest people and their whole staff goes out of their way for you! You would be hard pressed to find a better taco guy than Tacos Del 8. I've been using them since 2011 and never been disappointed!I've used other taco guys but people always want to know when I'm going to get Tacos Del 8 again. I think I gave out their card too many times, they get booked up too fast now...;)

We have hired Tacos Del 8 for our annual work events for 100+ people for the last 5 years and recently at my husband's birthday party. They have always provided great provide great customer service and are super responsive to inquiries.We also always get compliments on how tasty the food is and how nice their setup looks. I highly recommend that you get them to cater to all of your events!
