Great place near the dog park. The food was delicious! Nice outdoor patio for doggy.Very reasonable prices I won't just drive by anymore, I'll eat tacos.

I was really excited to try the hibiscus tacos, but unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations. The texture was gritty, almost like your biting into dirt dipped hibiscus. I couldn't finish them, which was disappointing, especially given the price. If I'd had a chance to return them, I would've, but they were already closed when I tried.That said, the salsas were delicious, and my boyfriend loved his pastor tacos. He said they were great! I'm still hopeful for another visit, but the hibiscus tacos definitely need some improvement.

I would give them four stars but the asada quesadilla was kind of bland and just drenched in a runny guacamole. Had I known how much guacamole was going to be inside the quesadilla I would have just asked for one without guacamole. And there was hardly any cheese. The asada didn't leave a strong impression, either. The real star of the show was the adobada burrito. The pork was a little on the tough, crunchy side but it was generously portioned throughout the burrito and had a nice mesquite flavor. Service was good. Overall this is a good spot.

I'm usually suspicious about Chain Mexican food spots. I popped in and ordered two pork tacos, and two Mulitas (Chicken & Steak) I made the mistake of takeout and getting caught in traffic back home, so they didn't have the hot off the grill taste like I prefer. The tacos were still very tasty and Mulitas had good portion size. The sauce had flavor and some spice to it as well. Not my go-to spot but if I'm in the area , I'd stop by again.It's more on the pricey side but overall I'd give it a 7/10 for Flavor and Portion size .

First time here and had their Asada quesadilla and it was just simply perfect. Great music that plays inside and outside.

I was around the area after finishing up the Long Beach run club and decided to grab something to eat as it was taco Tuesday. I don't think they have any taco Tuesday specials? It didn't matter though because their asada and adoba was straight fire . It's a little more on the pricier side but you honestly get what you pay for here.The meat tacos were seasoned very well and the sauces that came with it were also pretty dam good. The salsa was made in house and the tortillas were all hand pressed.

I seem to be on a Wednesday taco binge. We are so lucky to live in the place where the taco is evolving from a humble food for the common man to an art form!I present Tacomasa as evidence of that fact. I have never seen a vertical grill in a taco joint before. It held a giant mound of slowly turning marinated pork of a ruddy hue.I quickly ordered the taco Adobado combo, which includes rice and beans (delicious) and two of the best tacos I have ever eaten. The corn tortillas which enclosed the delicious, vertically grilled pork, were amazing all on their own. The pork was tender and spicy and perfectly hot. The green sauce was creamy and unique.I could go on because it was a special lunch plate. The service was fast and friendly. The place was clean and bright. The inside just has many counter stools but outside there are large pick nick tables with shade. We shared with two other friends enjoying lunch.I suggest you do the same!

Good spot for tacos... The service and atmosphere is excellent. The meat is cooked on charcoal which makes the flavor better.

The random:They have cooked jamaica for their vegan option. I sampled it and it just literally tasted like cooked jamaica lol. I guess if you're vegan it gives you a chewiness kind of like mushrooms. It wasn't bad or good but just a bit random of a vegan option. The good:Sandía michelada - I love watermelon juice and this was super refreshing. A bit on the sweeter side. Came with a tamarindo candy but I didn't eat it. Only part I didn't like was that the bottom had loads of black pepper... maybe I got the end of the miche mix. Their spicy salsa - I asked for spicy salsa and it was pretty good! A tomatillo salsa w a good amount of heat. I think I tasted chiltepin if I'm not mistaken. Not so good:They gave me my miche and then completely forgot my order. I was sitting for 25 min and then I asked about my food. They then started making it. The girl I spoke with offered me chips.... I declined. All of the meats were dry. Chicken was dry and lacked flavor. Pork was overcooked. Flavor was fine. Instead of guac it came with some type of green crema. Idk never had al pastor with a dairy salsa. Asada was dry/overcooked and had multiple pieces of hard chewy gristle. The guac on the asada taco was also maybe half a spoonful. I did taste the flavor of the mesquite but the meat wasn't cooked well. It kind of tasted like how beef tastes when it's reheated. If you're local and looking for margs/miches with your food or want a place to sit down and eat I would come here. If not, I personally would rather get better tacos from a truck or street vendor.If you want some bomb tacos estilo Tijuana go to tire shop taqueria in south central.

Quick service and friendly staff. Yair was very friendly and welcoming. The lady at the front counter was also very nice and I like that the place is open later than others around here.
