Food: Delicious! The meet was great. Chit the asada and chicken tacos. The tortillas are so delicious! Handmade tortillas always make for better tacos. Also got the elite. That was really good as well. Really wish they had the option to serve it in a cup because I don't like biting it off the cob, but that's just a personal liking. Service: Service was great. The facility was very nice and clean. Very much loved that the kitchen is visible to all customers. The restroom was also clean. Ambiance. Come as you are.

Haven't been here since coming across this place by accident for a soft opening 2nd time having Tacomasa - ordered placed online Festive place to dine inside or outdoorPopular spot for the hotel and located on a business street.Order 2 types of quesadillas: pollo and asada Temperate of food was not piping hot more roomTemperature. Tortilla made by hand nice touch but ultimately got soggy with all the ingredients. Meat was a bit tough and dry. Salsa had some nice heat. Cheese was melted but also a solid clump upon eating.Size of the quesadilla seem a bit small for the price point of basically $10 for each. Easy to pick up with ample parking.Probably won't return here anytime soon as a stomach ache occurred or eat in person as suppose to doing a take out order.

Hands down, these are the best tacos around. If you have ever had tacos from Baja California, i.e., Tijuana or Rosarito, this is that style. You no longer have to drive across the border to get the perfect tacos. The meat is cooked over mesquite wood and the tortillas are hand made. Try the cucumber/lime drink, so good! I've been to all 3 locations - El Segundo, Cypress and Long Beach. Hopefully they open more locations.

This was my first visit to Taco Masa, Cypress and I loved what I ordered: the steak burrito.The steak was of high quality (skirt steak I believe) and of substantial quantity. It was, I think, the best burrito I've had in a long time. On this warm February day it was a pleasure to have a leisurely lunch outside.

The food was very enjoyable and came out hot to order. Loved how the crane asada fries came out crispy. The carne asada quesadilla was a tad bit wet. The adobada quesadilla was a lot better. For the price of the fries ($15) I think it could have come with a bit more protein for the portion. The servers were cool. I think the horchata and the cucumber juice and unlimited. The cucumber juice was my favorite

This place is still good, but the tripas went downhill. Its been "stale", cold, extra funky the past 4-5 times we went. I stick to the carne asada and adobada now.
