The slowest Taco Bell perhaps on the planet earth. I have been here many times. The food is fine, if your order hasn't been sitting on the counter that you can clearly see through the window while the staff stage the next order that will no doubt also wait endlessly before payment will be tendered and services will be rendered. It's also downtown long beach so the dining room... can have a lot going on.

Listen up youngins Taco Bell back in the day was the bomb they used fresh ground beef crunchy taco shells crisp lettuce tomatoes and finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese it was a treat whenever mom and daddy took us there - kids nowadays don't know how good they have it with all the food variety and convenience of DoorDash and Uber Eats delivery. My love/hate history with Taco Bell It's been a hit and miss with Taco Bell for a long time decades to be exact to make more profits they lowered the quality in my opinion. I hated the grainy soggy "ground beef"it was runny and flavorless the refried beans were water and the thicker shredded cheese sucked - and the taco shells got soggy before I parked the car it was a mess... Redemption of sorts. I decided to give them another chance in 2024 and lately the food has been somewhat better still needs improvement on quality and flavor - there are no issues with the staff and the restaurant is always clean. Here's what I ordered Taco Supreme One of my favorites has always been a Taco Supreme and to my surprise it was good the meat was seasoned and actually looks closer to and tastes like ground beef the finely shredded cheese was sharp and the lettuce and tomato crisp I would definitely order this again I added extra cheese to my tacos. Spicy Soft Potato Taco Flour tortillas with fried potatoes lettuce and cheese and a thin sauce I didn't like it the potatoes are fine on their own but drenched in sauce with soggy lettuce and a pinch of cheese it's a strong no for me I won't order it again. Other items that I tried and will review now. Mexican Pizza It was a bit soggy before I parked the car the shell tasted good the beans were runny and flavorless the cheese tomatoes were good I wanted black olives but they don't have them anymore I would order this again but I'll ask they can jar the shell crispier and add extra cheese. Bean burritos I love this with green and red salsa and extra cheese but it was flavorless and runny the flavor of the red and green sauce has changed as well what was once delicious is now tasteless I've moved on and won't order this again. Crunchy Tacos Although the shell does get a bit soggy on the ride home the meat was good and the lettuce tomatoes extra cheese makes it very tasty including the signature Taco Bell hot sauces. I will go back and try the new Cantina menu and review them. Just me Shawn C. ,; )

Overpriced garbage. There was hardly any chips, barely any ground beef in burrito but mostly sauce, and more lettuce and tomato in taco and burrito than anything else. I will not be coming back to any taco bell and paying too much for total trash.

Highly disappointed in this place. Let's just start with the images...they did not put the most basic item in our meal...MEAT/ground beef. How do you miss that part when it's the main part. One was also missing the chipotle sauce we paid extra for.I ordered through the app and picked up my order in the drive thru. Got to the window and the crew working was on their phone and playing around with each other (guy & girl). What ever, as long as I get my food.Got my food & left. When we finally found parking and got home we opened our meal and it was made like shit and missing meat. We went back to Taco Bell and asked for the supervisor. We requested a refund from The "supervisor" and he told us he couldn't but he would have his team remake our meal. He recommended that I call my bank and report it as fraudulent to get my money back. Don't waste your time here. Just go to the one on PCH & Junipero.

It's what I crave, and this location does a nice job of delivering it.We stopped by for a quick dinner for dine-in. Taco Bell has a well functioning smartphone app, and we ordered a rolled taco pack (4 chicken rolled tacos, basically a taquito and 8 hard shell tacos for $14.99). Definitely a savings from ordering individually. The rolled taco was very good: real white meat chicken, just wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried. The exterior wasn't as hard as it is served in other restaurants...somehow a soft coating is provided (almost like the coating in their cinnamon twists). Tasted great dipped in nacho cheese sauce (two containers comes with it).

Worst Taco Bell ever...7/6/24 Their night crew has to be the incompetent people ever. They spoke English but they don't understand it.. They are so slow already and one day a girl had her son behind the counter being even more of a distraction. They are too young and inexperienced plus they don't care because they are obviously not taught to. I'll never go here again.. NEVER!!
