This is the worst tacobell ever. How do these even get burnt. Not to mention I waited 20 damn minutes only for me to need to walk up and ask about our food. They handed me a soggy ass bag with burnt food. I also go cheat bean and rice burritos with no rice. Just don't even bother going here

Taco Bell food is always great and they keep it consistent. Great service and this location has a very cool design. I ordered some tacos and a soda. Great dinner for me as it is so hot outside that I didn't feel Iike cooking. I will definitely come back to this place as I have been for the last 4months. Viva tacos!!

Trying to go to as many fast food restaurants that are offering 'value meals' during the summer of 2025 to compare and record, my wife and I stopped by this Taco Bell in Belmont Shore to get some lunch that we could eat at the beach. It ended up being a good experience that I wouldn't hesitate to do again, given the opportunity.Unlike other fast food brands that don't offer their main menu until lunchtime, Taco Bell offers their full selection of tacos, etc. during breakfast hours as well. This meant their mobile app allowed me to browse and choose exactly what my wife and I wanted, customizing it as necessary. I really like their app...it was one of the first to be self-serve and intuitive. I placed and paid for my order while we were driving there. Since it was before 11 am, there was no other customers which meant there was plenty of parking and my order was ready and well packaged once I let the front cashier know my name. You fill your own soft drink from 16 different choices of Pepsi products (this includes filtered water, though not branded as Aquafina).$7 Luxe Craving Box ($7...a little surprised since things seem to cost a little bit more here in Long Beach, but it was seven bucks). It comes in a self-contained paper box:Chalupa Supreme [$5.39 a la carte] - the shell uses leavener to make it more fluffy than a taco shell. Initially thought it was a made-up 'Taco Bell' word, (e.g. enchirito) but there is such a thing as a chalupa. It reminded me of a pita bread shell that has been crisped on the outside by frying in oil (which has been part of my gyro fix choice lately). It comes with ground beef as the normal choice...I think it deserves a better, whole protein, like steak or chicken.Beefy 5-layer burrito ($4.79) - seasoned ground beef, beans, sour cream, shredded cheese, and nacho cheese sauce make up the '5' layers. Would never order this on its own, for that price. As Taco Bell tends to do, any dish with their not-very good refried beans is overwhelmed by that particular ingredient and that was the case here. It also uses a huge flour, tasteless tortilla, which in many places are 8 layers in thickness, which makes that part uneatable for me (even with tons of free taco sauce).Double Stacked Taco ($1.99) - A regular hard shell taco, covered in nacho sauce and a final layer of flour tortilla. One of my go-to's if I want to fill up cheaply. Their ground beef goes well with their hard shell tacos.Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce ($1.99) - I like their tortilla chips, light and super crispy and they give enough thick nacho sauce to finish it.Medium Soda ($2.89) - unlimited refills if dining in.A little math: $7 vs $17.05 = 59% "savings". Crunchy Taco ($1.99 each) - not consistent in how much ground beef is given, but always tastes good to me, as long as eaten immediately and with 2 mild taco sauce packets. It just doesn't do a good job of filling me up.I'm glad that Taco Bell has this temporary option, since they have this undeserved reputation of having a menu with all items providing a lot of food cheaply...getting stuff a la carte here is not cheap at all(e.g. would you pay $17.05 for the 5 things mentioned in the Box?).

Im doing this place justice. As a teen girl they may call my kind "rude and spoiled" but i beg to differ because this place always gets me right!!!!!!! i've been coming here ever since i was a little girl And they've never once messed up my orders or any of my food. Everything has been delicious. Such sweet girls working at the counter and such. I love this place. This place loves me. Me and tacobell are meant to be.

I have been to this location several times, and the last 4 or 5 times the service has been beyond horrible, but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. This time, I had to say something. I ordered the Cantina Box, the nacho fried are my favorite and I open the box within one minute of the employee handing it to me, the fries were not even luke warm, they were cold and stale, when I told the girl at the counter she replied with "I can make more but it's going to be a few minutes". The thing that is so upsetting is they thought is was ok to put cold stale fries in my order, and these are employees who are now getting $20 an hour and they do not even take your order anymore and recommend you order at the kiosk, so there's no reason why food should be cold, old or stale.

If you order through the Taco Bell app from this location, there is no guarantee that you'll get food when you pay. They sent me the wrong order tonight and never sent me my order after phone calls to the restaurant and 3 attempts through the app. They basically just stole my money and didn't care to make it right.
