Sweetee Thai Cuisine

I was in Cypress for work today and had a sudden craving for Thai food. After finding SweetTee Thai with some great reviews, I decided to check it out with my coworker--and I'm so glad I did!First off, the customer service was amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience that much better. The ambiance was beautiful and cozy, definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.We started with Thai teas, and they were perfectly brewed--not too sweet, just right. For the food, we tried the Crying Tiger Steak, Pineapple Fried Rice, and a few other dishes. Everything was SO fresh and flavorful. I was honestly impressed by how delicious everything was. We definitely have to come back!Highly recommend SweetTee Thai for anyone in the area. You won't be disappointed!

Just another over priced and oh so average Thai place.Flavors were meh.Ordered Chix Rad Na, blah and bitter. I asked them to add basil leaf to it. They did not. Noodles were very burned. Hmmmm....this isn't going to end well.Curry fried rice. So blah I could not taste the curry. AT ALL. How do you do that? The shrimp in there was blah and over cooked. Why do that? NO flavor curry. Interesting.The chx in both were hard as rubber. Gave them to my dog. If you are going to insist on only using white meat, tenderize it ok? It's like card board and absolutely flavorless.Orange Chix. was soggy over breaded and sweet with no flavor. \How exactly do you achieve that? That's really a mystery as it's so easy to make well, and hit the spot and right notes.Haven't even bothered to taste the eggplant with veggies yet. Why bother?The Thai tea was great. And not too sweet.Nice surprise there.Overall, you need to Do MUCH better ppl.Your place was packed.Those diners and I deserved much much better than we got tonight.To go orders have an extra 10% kitchen fee added to the order.You don't see that listed anywhere on the website.Nice surprise.$90. plus dollars down the drain.I can't afford to go back to this poor excuse of a place.But I sure had high hopes.

Just a warning to people who take out, TIP is mandatory that they automatically add it to your total. I asked what it is and they said that it's included when ordering take out. I only ordered one dish so I was ok with it but this is good to know for anyone ordering to-go.I am not OK with me not being able to decide if I should tip or not so low rating for this branch.Food was fine though.Place is newly renovated.

Great food and ambiance. Awesome pad see ew and the sauce is delicious. Will be back soon.

This place has some mixed reviews but I've gone twice and both times the food and service was great! The pad see ew, beef fried rice, the fried shrimp and zucchini appetizer, the wonton soup, and charbroiled chicken are delicious. All dishes were ordered family style! Their Thai iced tea was also yummy! The service is not impeccable but I can't say it was bad either!

Sweetie Thai has been in this plaza for at least 20 years! I remember it was there when I was at CHS and college and it's still there now that I've been working for 16 years! The Thai food here is decent, I haven't came around frequent enough over the years anymore but I always remembered they had really good drunken noodles. I came back with my friends recently and got the seafood drunken noodles and two desserts, the mango sticky rice and the fried bananas with ice cream. Desserts were good but the mango was not ripe so it was had and not sweet. Drunken noodle (called monsoon here) had a good flavor and some seafood pieces were better than others though they were of decent size. Service was still good and I know their service has always been nice and consistent. They still have the fish tanks since all these years. It's a very low key casual but cozy Thai restaurant vibe.

Was passing through the area and a recommendation for Sweettee came my way and was happy to have found a wonderful Thai restaurant that left me with leftovers for the next day :) the Tom Kha was excellent as was the Cali Curry with Pineapple fried rice. Will return

The service here is over the top!!! I asked if Thai tea was refillable and the waiter said no but still brought me another one. I had the garlic beef and it was delicious!!! The yellow curry was amazing, too.

I am still a rookie in the thai food world but feel the quality here was not happening. I got a basic AF plate of their orange chicken and it was trash. The sauce was terrible and the chicken tasted old, barely heat tray warm. This said, I dug into some of my friends Cha-Lay rice with crab. Decent, not praise worthy, but decent. Maybe I am just ordering the wrong items, but I was not feeling my plate. We shared some siam spring rolls which were also decent, but no different than buying from a store and toasting at home.We came at noon so there was a heavy lunch crowd, but we were seated almost immediately. No hate or complaints on the service, our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Despite the old and outdated interior, the establishment seemed clean, so it didn't feel gross dining in.

Great food, service and ambience! We love all the dishes we've tried, but usually order the Tom Yum soup, yellow curry, chicken pad Thai and Pad see ew. Can't go wrong with any food item here. You won't be disappointed!
