I visited for lunch on a quiet Sunday at 1 PM. The restaurant wasn't busy, and parking was plentiful, which made for a stress-free arrival.The menu offered a variety of chirashi options, and I opted for the Ohtani Don with fried shrimp head. The meal came with miso soup and dessert, adding great value.The miso soup arrived piping hot and tasted delicious, comforting and well-seasoned. As for the chirashi bowl, though it appeared small at first glance, it turned out to be the perfect portion. The quality of the fish truly exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.I had completely forgotten that dessert was included, so it was a pleasant surprise to round out the meal. It struck a perfect balance of sweet, but not overly so, making it a delightful way to end the dining experience.

I probably won't go back...1. Food was okay only but their bowl was inferior quality. The picture presented well. However, they put in mostly all cut ends pieces size of fingernails. It was rather annoying to pick up with chopsticks. Even though the quantity is enough, you feel like eating craps fallen from the real cut piece of sushi. There may be 4 pieces of real sashimi pieces but color wasn't that good either.The Chirashi was very well made and presentable. 2. Service was good. We got seated right away and were often being checked in to see what we need.3. The place was very average. It is okay to grab a quick bite but certainly can't take any friends for a nice dinner.

I ordered the lunch chirashi that came with miso soup and it was good. Service was quick since we came in the last hour. Price point is great for the quality

Sushi Koto has been my go-to lunch sushi spot for years! They have a variety of sushi/chirashi bowls that will satisfy your cravings. Price is reasonable for the portions and quality of fish you get. For example, their lunch chirashi is only ~$21. I typically get the Ohtani Don (tribute to Shohei Ohtani). The bowl consists of sweet shrimp (you can get the head fried), toro, crab, and chef's choice of miscellaneous fish. You also get miso soup and dessert with this entree. The ambiance feels more like a lunch spot. It's a straight forward spot with no frills, with an open counter where you can see the sushi chefs preparing your food. Customer service is attentive and friendly. They handle the lunch rushes very well. I'm already thinking of my next sushi bowl here!

Super authentic Japanese spot with great sushi and bowls. It's very popular and there may be a wait, so I recommend calling in advance. The staff is very friendly and attentive. My boyfriend's dinner chirashi came with so much food! It's a little expensive but totally worth it.

Came for lunch recently and got the chefs choice deluxe sushi. I normally do some sort of bowl which is always good.I think it was like the normal fish you see at sushi places but it was bomb. It's reasonably priced and the fish is fresh. We got that chopped wasabi on the side and it was legit. They also put wasabi between the fish and the rice so my nose got wrecked on several occasions; clears the sinuses right up though.Been here before and will keep coming back.

Sushi Koto is definitely one of my favorite spots for sushi in Orange County! I've tried lots of other OC sushi restaurants, but my family and I always come back here. Their chirashi bowls are definitely a must try! The ingredients are so fresh and flavorful, for a reasonable price relative to other sushi restaurants in the area. The portions for their other menu items can be a bit small, but I've enjoyed every dish that I've tried. The restaurant is small but spacious. We generally get seated right away and the service is quick and friendly. I genuinely look forward to dining here every time we decide to go! Such a great small business to support. :)

I don't recommend coming here during your 1-hour lunch break because you will be late going back to the office. There are two workers taking orders, packing to-go orders, and serving the food. At one point, the chef had to come out to help seat people. It's a bummer because I really love the food here. It's very good quality for the price.

Great Service, Nice Ambiance (not too fancy). Food was great and value was very good.
