Awesome little venue with cool sound and nice bar set up and everything you would need to have an amazing time!That venue was fun came to see some friends bands play and let me say it sounded good and just had a whole vibe here like you can't go wrong!They had some cold brew too so you really cant go wrong with a drink and a show!Overall it was a punk show that was a good time I couldn't have had a better night here!

Great small local venue with a dive bar feel that actually has a decent size stage and sound system. Was in town to catch the Soltera show and check out all the gorgeous big titty goth babes. Staff and security personnel are upbeat and friendly. The bartenders are fast and definitely work hard for their well deserved tips! Patio area right out front for all you smokers or just a place to chill between sets. Make sure you get a picture in the Photo Booth. I can't wait to come back and catch another show. Cheers!

If I could give this place a 0, I would. The sound guy was completely unprofessional. While working with him his attitude made me extremely uncomfortable. I never want to come here again and on top of all of that the entire venue SMELLS, needed a few breaks outside just for fresh air.

IT'S LOUD. VERY LOUD. It's also small, so you cannot escape the dbs unless you want to stand out on Anaheim. I wore earplugs and my ears were still ringing the next day....all day. I would not recommend this bar for people with hearing issues. You could seriously walk away with tinnitus. The female bartender was friendly and competent. I went to a show at Alex's a couple of nights later. I sat towards the back with no earplugs and had no ringing in my ears. This review isn't necessarily negative, just FYI. Did I mention it's LOUD???

This place left a super bad taste in my mouth. This place could have a lot of potential if the staff weren't so fucking rude and unorganized. I could say more but honestly why even waste my time with a business like this. Will not be returning.

11/03:24 Sound guy is the laziest person I've ever had the displeasure of working with. He spent the day not doing his job. He also was nothing but confrontational about any requests for any of the acts on stage.

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Awesome community-minded bar and live music venue.I first became acquainted with this place before the pandemic through the weekly Ink & Drink events, a social hang for people who like to draw and/or drink (you don't have to be an artist, but you will see lots of amazing artists there). I was so happy that they were able to hang on and are now back better than ever (although no more amazing pretzels, RIP), with a legit performing stage. I've now been here to see bands, to do the monthly Ink & Drinks, and to just hang with friends and have always had a great time. I really appreciate it that the owner is open to do so much with his space. Long may it thrive.

They have rude bar tenders and they do not give you good service. Ambiance is okay. Will not be returning.

Morgue Breath. My friends and I headed to this venue to enjoy some heavy metal music on a Saturday night. Unfortunately the short time we were here we had a rude encounter with the yellow shades bouncer. Some of my friends who stayed watching some of the bands ended up also getting thrown out. I've been to hundreds of venues and bars over the decades and this was the first time I encountered such rudeness. This is one place I won't be going back to, and I'm sure they don't want us metalheads back either - that's fine with us.

Great place to spend a carefree time at. If you're in Long Beach you should definitely drop in.
