First time here ! Came on a Sunday and it wasn't at all packed. The older gentleman with the red hat was so inviting. Told me and my bf to have a seat. The atmosphere has fall vibes. very cute.The food was very delicious! Ordered a country scramble with added cheese, a hungry man meal, and onion rings which we didn't finish. You won't be able to finish it the plates are so big! And the pancakes were so soft and plush The servers ALL came to help whenever they walked by. They were all super friendly. At the end the owner came by and said hi and welcomed us.Overall it was a lovely experience

What a surprise.Driven by this place hundreds of times, but never could eat here since it was in the evening.Today was that day and I must say it was quite good.Their veggie omelette is big, nice generous portion, which I added corn and zucchini in addition. What was nice was the veggies were sautéed perfectly and not mushy. Perfection.Ordered a side of grits, which is hard to find nowadays, was flavorful and not dry, just a tad bit runny.They just need better forks. Good food needs good cutlery. Also, if using a microwave, either cut the bell wire, or cover it up. Cheapens the brand. Service was nice and friendlyA nice new addition to the breakfast rotation.Mr owner: piece of advice, instead of checking the register when you walk in, try engaging your guests.

The chicken Parmesan was horrible the tomatoes sauce on the chicken Parmesan was watery had no taste took the whole family out to eat the order different food and nothing was tasty or good I didn't say anything I pay 216.45 and left a tip but that's the last time I'm gonna go to that spot I'm so disappointedReplying to your response: I'm not trying to trash talk or look bad on your business i order the Parmesan chicken and the chicken tasted like if was microwave the souse was water and it was all over the plate

The menudo here is decent for an American Breakfast spot ( served on weekends). I always go for the ham steak & eggs or the Portuguese Sausage , both use high quality meat ! The breakfast potatoes are so perfect with eggs ! They have a solid amount of covered outdoor seating if you want some fresh air. The owners work often and hustle with the staff . These guys take pride in their quality, and service! I highly recommend adding Sunrise Cafe to your must try location. ( the loco moco is tasty as well & hard to find sometimes on the mainland)!

I recently moved here and drive by this place all the time. Saw good reviews on yelp so I decided to check it out. I really wanted to like this place but came away a bit disappointed. I wasn't expecting anything special. This is a traditional, local, old school brunch spot after all. Nothing wrong with that. The ribeye I ordered was decent, though it had a lot of fatty pieces. I was let down by the country fried steak and hash browns. The meat was dry. I was really looking forward to the hash brown expecting it to have a crunchy top but it was kind of soggy. I got biscuits and gravy (same gravy on top of the country fried steak) but it was mushy. The wait staff was friendly and service was fast. Idk I might go again and give it another shot.

After a luggage delay at the airport, we had quite a bit of time to kill and decided to search for breakfast nearby, luckily we came across sunrise cafe on Yelp! This was exactly what we needed to turn the morning around. The breakfast here was great! The menu was rather large and had so many things that sounded amazing, picking what to get was not an easy choice. After much back and forth, I settled on the Baja Omelet, and my mom the banana pancakes. Both meals were great! Portions were large and the food flavorful. Though it was a feat, we made sure to finish every last bite. Service was friendly and the place gave off a small town diner feel.

Stopped off after dropping a tux rental off after a wedding in the area. Needed a filling meal to get the day going. They were crowded but very efficient at getting people in and out. We were sat and immediately had coffee and water. The Denver omelette and potatoes hit the spot. My husband got the country fried steak and eggs. Ate it before I got a pic so safe to say it was good!
