Service and how the sweet lady talked me over for plate is better than the bowl! THAT IS 5 STAR! I'm usually hard to be persuaded hahahaha but she nailed that! - Chicken Teriyaki Plate, 4,5starThe veggies are fresh and crunchy! The amount of chicken it's not chunk! It's thick dear!!! It's savory and juicy! Not over spiced, it's just exactly good! - Spicy Beef Noodle, 4,5starHubby ate this and he said it's good! It's warm for the cool weather! One good menu choice! - Sides (fried Rice), 4,5 starIt's good for the kids I may say! The veggies are not too visible and my kids say it's good! Best amount to be called sides! Overall we got good experience and happy tummy and no stomachache afterwards! So yes it's all freshly made and the ingredients are good! I know this since my hubby stomach and tongue is so sensitive for bad ingredients and not fresh food! I'm a return customer each time we come to Orange Mall!

Food was not fresh. Chicken had a strange taste. They get you to come in there with the samples they hand out, but the sample and the actual meal you get are totally different. Never again.

Looks can be deceiving, but this was one of my favorite meals this month. Always walk past this place at the mall and they're always handing free samples to try and got me to come in to try. Walked in to just get a $9 bowl but the cashier convinced me to get the plate because he said it had more meat and I am glad he did because they are so generous with it and I loved the sweet taste of the teriyaki and soft, steamed veggies. The workers are very nice and kept a smile on their faces. After I paid, I turned around for one second and looked back and saw the worker skip the tipping screen. Poor workers, they deserve a nice tip and I'll make sure to get them one next time! Nice place to sit down and chill with your friends after shopping. I would drive back again just for this plate because it is a pretty balanced meal too.

Was doing errands in the area and was offered a free sample of their chicken teriyaki and it was yummy! Came back after my errands and saw they were having a lunch special for their chicken teriyaki bowl from 11am - 3 pm. Service was quick since it was still early so no one was there. The place was very nice and clean. The staff that helped me were nice!

Very nice place, the staff is very polite. At the entrance they let you try their food. I really liked the soup. Thank you very much for the warm welcome. I will definitely come back. I recommend

Great food and portions! The staff are also very polite all around. Highly recommend the Japanese Sweet and Sour Chicken, tastes very similar to Orange Chicken.

Food was horribe ! I didn't even get to go to my car when I threw it up . I ate it cause I was hungry BUT the chicken tasted like horse ... never ate horse but if the smell off a horse had a taste , that's what It'd be .. I asked the lady to please make me a fresh plate because the first plate the chicken tasted old and when I glanced to my left, they had a big bowl of premade chicken already out in the open , no cover or anything . The lady when to the back another girl came out and looked at me kinda upset and then the original lady said ok give me about 10 minutes . I stood there waiting for my chicken to be done without any "extra" ingredients (if you know what I mean ) but any way it appears as if they don't clean the black stone my meat had a lot of black burnt residue I showed the lady all the black I took off . My veggies were old and soggy. The broccoli had black spots showing it wasn't good any more . And my rice had a bug! The noodles were in the back out in the open and again no lid . They brought it to the front to grab some for a customer & they just left it there unattended. It was a bad experience over all ! I don't think I'll be coming here anymore . Three thumbs down and 100 negative stars.

We found this place on TikTok and the person who posted it raved about it and when we tried it, it was just OK. Even their soda was mediocre - super flat.
