I have never complained, and just accept as it is, but is it the third time that this has happened within a month? Ordering off of mobile means they don't have to do it as is because you take the food and leave. most likely you won't return because it's too much of an inconvenience to take the food back. Which is my situation for the third time. I don't understand how somebody can make a sandwich wrong when it's on paper to tell you what to do, but how is it that you missed two or three ingredients every single time . On top of that each time I have tipped because I appreciate the shit you're doing, but I'm not there to even watch you so it's like because I don't watch you. You do what the F you want. I contacted the store to address My issue explained that I've never complained. But at this moment, I'm highly upset because it's three times and all they could tell me bring back the sandwich or I'm sorry. I'll tell the people to make it better next time. I'm out of my way on my way to work. I can't bring a sandwich back when I'm already on time which is why I ordered in the first place. And I don't complain about payroll, etc. but at this moment, if you truly want 25 or $30 an hour to make a fucking sandwich, how about you do it right for the first time?

Main reason for low rating is intentional overcharging. Today, Tue July 11, 2023 I got a foot long meatball that menu clearly states as $8.19. I was told no extra charge for cheese. I was also told no extra charge for the two thin slices of provolone (4 half slices - not the four full slices usually put in a foot long). I was charged $9.78 for the sandwich! No tax as I paid with EBT food stamps. I bought NOTHING else. I did ask for a tap water but was told they don't have any. I asked, no button for that on the drink machine? I was told no. Only bottled water at a fee. I was going to buy a bag of chips but put them back when she said no water which meant I wouldn't be able to eat it there. I complained about being overcharged when i realized it. I was told she can only charge me what the register says. I told her it was illegal to charge more than the posted price and I no longer wanted my sandwich. I did want a refund. This got her annoyed and I was told she can't refund EBT payments. She offered me to get something else that was the price I was charged. I was now annoyed. I settled on two cookies to add to my order. On the way out, I saw the drunk machine certainly did have a water button as all other Subways I've been in. I pointed this out to her as a lie I was told and got yelled at,"Do you have a cup?!" ""I do" I said. "If you do, get your water!", she shouted back. And so I did. I wonder how many other orders got overcharged? Every one, I imagine.

Looked like there were new workers, for one I asked for avocado and the worker gave me and old brown one that looked like it was sitting there since the day before next when I was eating it I'm so glad that I took of the wrap to eat it till I saw a dead huge fly in it. This was my go to place now I will never be eating here again.

Nothing special about this place. Parking is busy as it is located in a busy intersection. I felt that staff members were rushing. Not friendly, but not bad. Just felt like they want you in and out so they can do their thing.Inside is clean. Not too busy so it's good inside. Most people are just here to order to go.

This place deserves 0 stars for rude employees. I ordered a sandwich that was made incorrectly (no condiments) and did not find out until I drove home. I drove back to the store to have the sandwich remade because it was now cold and soggy. The woman remade the sandwich which was the right thing to do since she made it incorrectly. Then another woman appeared and said that it is not there policy to remake sandwiches because it affects their inventory. I said, but you made the sandwich wrong and the lady told me that it was my fault for not catching the mistake. I then told the woman that I could not see the lady make my sandwich because of the huge sticker covered up the display case and I can't see what you are doing. The angry women then told me that it was my fault and that's just how it is. This place sucks. Only go here if you like to be treated rudely by angry employees who will shout at you as you walk out the door. Don't worry ladies. You will never see us again. You lost our business for good! F-Heres an idea, why don't you make your sandwiches correctly then YOU won't waste YOUR inventory. Nice job ladies. F-

Subway on Anahiem. In Long Beach. Really great location and friendly helpful staff. Sandwiches here are yummy . I like the convenience of the location. Parking though is kinda tight. So during rush time it could be almost hard to find a parking location. But the sandwiches do help when you are in a rush I need them plenty of times.

I've never had a problem with subway, until now, this subway location on Anaheim and Ximeno is the worst I've been to. The staff is rude and I felt very rushed while ordering. I've been here multiple times and each time I've had the same experience. Since I live down the street it's more convenient but after today I rather go out of my way to avoid that subway. I would not recommend.

Yeah so I used to work at a subway in 2019 and this franchise owner is a huge scammer and a fraud. Honestly grounds for a lawsuit although it would be a frivolous one it would be a legally binding one. So the coupon I have says a free side of chips with the footling so I tried to order one of their sandwiches but the one I ordered is specifically not allowed even though It doesn't say it's not allowed on the coupon so I tried to do the build your own like the employee told me and she said she can't do salami or pepperoni on the build your own so I can't get the sandwich I want and use the coupon even though the coupon doesn't actually exclude the sandwich I want. The franchise owner decided that they want to ignore coupons to save money which is illegal. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, because they aren't following what's said in the coupon and are rather making up their own exceptions which isn't legal

This subway is not fresh at all. My sandwiches hardly had any meat and the veggies were wilted. And the bread was by far the worst, so hard, definitely not fresh. Nothing fresh at this subway. Poor service. Overall just a very bad experience!

the service is horrible, all my sandwiches were wrong when I got home the breads were all wrong. There was no mayonnaise mustard etc lime just eating bread barely any meat, i called the girl hung up on me when i called back the young man said she didn't want to talk that's why she hung up and he was busy and he hung up on me.. i called back folllowing day and Vanessa the manager said she will speak with them and that they should have told me to bring back but they ddint they hung up on me and she said well since you don't have the sandwich I cannot offer a refund! Lousy horrible store
