Steve's Burgers

After my medical appointment, I was looking for someplace on the way home to pick up lunch. I always drive by Steve's but haven't stopped there in decades. My mother in law used to talk about how good their pastrami was so I figured I'd give them a try. The pastrami was pretty decent, not overly salty and very tender although a bit smallish for the price. Their onion rings were the best I've had in a while. Crispy without being burnt and free from that taste of other burger joints that never seem to change the oil in their fryer. These were just right. Service was friendly and quick. Parking is plentiful so no problems there. I'm curious to see how their burgers and other items are. If only they had a drive thru.

Parking was fairly easy, they have a lot for the restaurant. Once I walked in you notice the menu right away cuz they have so many options from breakfast, lunch, and dinner.I was craving a burger. I noticed that they have a lot of different types of burgers. Turkey burger, pastrami burger, they even have a taco burger? What is that? Service wasn't bad and I received my food pretty fast. On the drive home the smell of the fries wasn't that appealing, and I was right. There are no seasoning on their fries at all. I definitely asked for a bacon cheeseburger but I didn't get bacon on my burger at all. The burger itself was alright. It didn't have that classic burger taste that I was looking for. Overall I'd say try another burger spot. There's many better ones in this city.

We've been back twice a week since. It's a classic burger place but the chili fries are the BEST. I think the key is the finely shredded cheese. They're spectacular.

Great local spot for breakfast burritos. We just moved to the area but this place was recommended to me and it didn't disappoint! The breakfast burrito was huge and had a perfect balance of ingredients. I like that they use hash browns over chunkier potatoes for more flavor and crunch. Will definitely be back to try the burger and other menu items.

Steve's burgers continue to have the best burgers in South Bay,and for that matter, the best over all diner!The double hamburger is a meal full of fresh tomatoes, crispy lettuce , and very good tasting pickles topped off with their own thousand island dressing!The combo comes with well cooked, deep-fried, non greasy French fries and your choice of free refill soft drinks!Steven's also known for their pastrami, club sandwiches Also on the menu is a great selection of different great tasting meals!The service is always fast and very friendly plus being very clean throughout the diner.

Best chili cheese fries ever! Don't sleep on the chili tamale. Great food, great service and plenty of places to sit. It gets busy during lunch, but they get the orders out quickly. The menu is huge and you'll find something that you like!

Big breakfast burritos, got with sausage. I think shredded hash browns are inside. Very filling and satisfying. Love how a burrito fills me up until late afternoon. Watch out for the green sauce. It is spice-y!Prices are good for breakfast items and reasonable for the rest. Combos get expensive, around $15, but the serving of fries looks large. You order at the counter. For all the variety, the menu on the wall is easy to follow. Good variety for breakfast, Mexican and American sandwiches and burgers. They have salmon burgers and teriyaki chicken but few vegetarian options. The seating area is dated but the booth seats are comfortable. Wish I were in the area more often.

Best onion rings anywhere! And best breakfast burrito in the southbay. The onion rings are perfect and have a sweetness to them because I think they are coated with cornbread, amazing elevated batter, not that disgusting cheap, breading out of a box batter. Do not miss this!This is my go to place for a breakfast burrito and everywhere else I have gone has not compared to this one. their breakfast burrito is huge and fully stuffed. I got the veggie breakfast burrito with egg white only. it contains hashbrowns, bell peppers, onions, salsa and eggs. The veggies are crunchy. The hashbrowns inside is meeting the cheeses goo. It is fantastic. sometimes it has mushrooms in it sometimes it doesn't. It was just under $10 after tax. The ranch is really good too. I like to dip it in that and some ketchup.It is a clean place and service here is nothing to right home about but to be honest all I come here for is good food to go. You will not be disappointed.

Terrible service. food looked terrible and tasted even worse. one meal was 40 BUCKS for me and my son. customer support was truly disrespectful and made me feel immensely sad. Zero stars, never come here.
