I've been here three times now and I have had amazing service every single time. The servers are always friendly and happy to help/accommodate. The first time I bought the vermicelli noodles, second time the rare beef pho, and this last time came back for the vermicelli. The pho was so good, normally I'm indifferent about pho but this one was genuinely good. Highly recommend. Their vermicelli hits the spot & their spring rolls are good. The restaurant is small but plenty of seating. The shopping center is a little run down but it's not a big deal.

Food: 3/5Service: NA/5 (take out) Ambiance: 4/5Parking: 3/5 (shared parking lot) Family friendly: 4/5 Stroller friendly: 2/5 ( tight quarters)ADA accessible: 2/5Let me preface this review by saying that the noodles are plentiful, meat is generous and presentation is good. And, if dining in, I think there is unlimited noodles. Plus, there sells to be a ramen station inside. However, there are some changes that i feel need to be addressed. First off, the broth was oversalted, to the point where I woke up the morning and joints were stiff. Also, wife and daughter didn't finish their pho; that hardly ever happens. Secondly, the arrangement of pho accoutrements that included carrot and radish daikon should definitely not be in with pho. Rice dishes, yes. Pho, NO. STAR Noodles has lots of potential, and hopefully this was just a one of night with the pho broth but I might make another trip over to see. Give yourself a try here.

I recently visited Star Noodle, a newly opened Vietnamese restaurant in Fullerton, and had a delightful experience. The portions were decent, and the food was both good and authentic tasting. The owners were incredibly friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The interior decor is simple but clean and comfortable, which adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere. While it may not be fancy, it certainly feels welcoming.Overall, I would recommend Star Noodle to anyone looking for a satisfying Vietnamese meal in Fullerton.

For those who have been to Maui and frequented Star Noodle, this is not the same and is no where close. In any case, that's not the reason why we decided to visit but rather the reviews and pictures looked promising. The place is not very big and has bench style seats. None of the seats have backing so not the most comfortable. When you order, they have a self-serve bar for your vegetables like pickled carrots, cilantro, bean sprouts. We ordered their P1. It was okay, nothing special. But they actually forgot to make it and we were left wondering why it was taking so long.Combo platter. The eggs rolls are pretty much all vegetables (at least I didn't notice any meat), both the pork and shrimp spring roll is pretty bland. The BBQ pork banh mi sandwich was also pretty bland, nothing special.Authentic? not so sure about that.

We were craving pho and this hit the spot. Portions were big and each bowl was $14.99 for the house special combo noodle soup. We also got the combo platter appetizer (2 egg rolls, 2 shrimp/2 pork spring rolls) for $11.95 and had plenty of leftovers. Service was quick, we called ahead to order to-go and when we got there in 10 mins, it was ready.
