Came on a Sunday afternoon and the parking plaza is a bit tight and tough to navigate (there's a sign that says there's more parking in the back but I didn't even try). The business know the plaza is busy because the blocked off one parking space for the shop and luckily I got it. It was empty inside and I was able to peruse the menu. This shop is by Thanh thi bakery which I love so I was so excited that there was another location but I was so let down when the menus were different. I really wanted Che thai but the worker informed me that's only available at Thanh thi. So I just ordered #21 mixed cakes, an avocado drink (che bo), and three colors drink (che ba mau). The service is very nice and quick I saw both workers working on my order immediately. The drinks/che tasted exactly like Thanh's thi but unfortunately the mixed cakes and coconut milk to pour on the mixed cakes did not tastes the same. The cakes were too mushy and the coconut milk wasn't flavorful. Overall I would not come back since the menu and tastes of the cakes are different. I would stick to thanh thi bakery it's just a street away.

I was nearby and decided to give this newly established place a try. The place is small with two tables for sitting and some cute Vietnamese decor. The set up look more for togo than dine in. The server was extremely nice, which is a positive. This place sells varieties of Vietnamese dessert, bánh and chè. This seems to be a trend nowadays with several similar establishments nearby. Since it's my first time, I opt for a mix box to try different. The cakes are average taste. Lack of sweet and tasted bland. Luckily, with the coconut sauce on the side, it helps enhance the flavor. I also ordered the corn milk with pandan jelly. The pandan jelly is a thick layer on the bottom, so it is hard to suck it up. I have to use a straw to smash it constantly to get it loosened. It would be better if they chopped it up for the drink.Overall, average dessert and excellent service round up to 3 stars.

I found this place through TikTok and booked it here after work because I was scared that certain items would be sold out. However, I freaked myself out over nothing because I came in at 6PM and they still had everything available. Parking is a little tight so I would imagine it being a nightmare coming on a weekend. The storefront is quite small and there's not much seating indoors so this is definitely more of a grab and go kind of place. The offerings were plentiful with various Vietnamese dessert options so I walked out with way more than what I originally planned on getting... The staff working the register was also very nice and helped explain everything on the menu which made it even harder to hold myself back from getting everything on the menu. In the end, I got the Che Ba Mau , Banh Bo Nuong, Banh Chuoi Nuong, Che Bap, Pandan Flan, and Coffee Flan (: Before I even drove off, I had to pop the Banh Bo and Banh Chuoi Nuong in my mouth because I was surprised that they warmed up the pastries for you too! Both of them weren't too sweet and I felt like the price was pretty cheap as well. When I got home I tried the other desserts with my wife and we loved everything and would definitely come back out to try their other desserts too!

Newish business. We wanted to try dessert and we were a little full, otherwise, we would have tried more. You can try a little of everything in their dessert bar and it comes with a warm coconut dip which was unique and delicious and a great value. I got to try durian for the first time and don't understand the aversion to it. The owner was so nice in packaging our orders. Check it out of you are in the area!

Corn milk with Pandan jelly $6 4/5Pretty good !! I'd order again. Pandan jelly is chewy and not too difficult to break apart with the straw. Corn milk is smooth and cornier than golden flower. Nice corn flavor and not too sweet. Even as the ice melted down, it didn't taste watered down.Banh pate chaud 3/5 $2-3??They only have pork and it was ok. I wouldn't get it again as I like more fragrant pastry and a more moist inside. They also have sticky rice, steamed savory items, and a bunch of Viet desserts including the flattened fried banana that's so elusive to ca lolThey take card (Amex too) and accept cash. Service is friendly ~

I love their chè bơ and will constantly be seeking it out wherever I go. My mom and I devoted fans of Thanh Thi and so when social media showed me Sota Mita, I had to stop by. It is good to have more options of places to buy all the small snack sized portions of the various bánh ngọt, but maybe not if I am trying to cut down on my sugar intake. Vietnamese dessert is sort of starting to get trendy (I'm looking at my Chinese friend Ellen who told me she was looking for good chè places like 7 years ago), so I hope that we get more of Thanh Thi all over the world.

Great small shop with some tasty Vietnamese desserts. Service was wonderful and the lady helping us was very patient and explained the various desserts to us. Will definitely come back in the near future to get some more!

Cute bakery located in a strip mall! Expert tip: there is parking behind the building as well! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how welcoming the staff was, how clean the space felt, and how large of a variety of drinks and desserts they have from jellies to puddings, and baked banh. I tried some of the baked banh, corn milk with pandan jelly, and xoi chien. The baked banh were a little bit hard so I needed to microwave them with a wet towel when I got home, but otherwise, they were quite tasty. I really enjoyed how flavorful/creamy the corn milk was and how well the pandan jelly paired with it. The xoi chien was also really good; the sticky rice patties had a great texture and I liked the mixture of pork floss, hard boiled egg, and Chinese sausage inside of it.

My wife came for their coconut jello. We also decided to try the pate chaud and the crispy sticky rice with cha bong/ruoc, egg & lap xuong. The pate chaud was nice and flaky on the outside but there was little filling and it lacked in taste. The crispy sticky rice needed some sort of sauce (luckily I keep maggi in the car).

I like how there are mini sizes, so I can try different kinds of chè. I got the chè bắp (sweet corn) and chè khoai môn (taro pudding). Both were great and not overly sweet. The taro pudding had bits of taro and taro balls. There are only two tables inside. Plenty of parking in the lot.
