SoCal Vibes

I had an amazing time here at SoCal Vibes/Honest Abe. My boyfriend and I first had mead from Total Wine this year through Honest Abe! I really loved the taste of the lychee mead, so much that I had to book my 30th birthday celebration there and share their meads and ciders with my friends. The decor and games were all wonderful. Everyone loved it!! I was in contact with Aerin who coordinated the service very smoothly. The foods came out at the perfect time for guests and all the staff were very kind and accommodating. Also dog-friendly! Thank you all so much for all memorable celebration!

We had our social mixer here for our professional organization that hosted a symposium at CSUDH. The food was awesome, and definitely a vibe for our participants! The drinks were really good and were a great alternative to a normal brewery. The sliders were really good...especially the pulled pork sliders that were cooked in their own ale. The price was very affordable and the menu had something for everyone. Thank you to the staff of SoCal Vibes! We definitely hope to come back for future events.

We love coming here with the kids since there is great space for them to play around. I have never been a huge mead fan, but this place got me trying it. Strongly recommend the cactus cooler and lychee. They also have a pretty decent kitchen considering that they are more of a brewery than anything else. Parking is located in the back which makes it easy to bring all the baby junk. Definitely a great recommendation for parents looking to chill, grab a bite while the kids play around.

I had never been to a brewery before so this was a magnificent experience. A few friends and I decided to get together at this location on January 14th. Parking was perfect. The ambiance was so hospitable. If your place is too small to have a relaxed get together just meet here!!! Comfortable chairs and tables inside and out. The bartender/waiters are stinkin' awesome. Ours was Angie. The sweetest person. Patient, considerate and hospitable. I tired their Wild Hennessy, Non-Spicy Margarita, Chicken Tacos, Wings, Chicken Nachos and Mexican Lollipop drink. The prices were suitable for both food and drink. The music was perfect and suitable for the customers relaxing. I love the board games they have there and the space they have to relax and enjoy the company of others. Restroimss were very clean. Love the wide mirrors in the ladies restroom. Four and a half stars...I THINK NOT!!! More like five!!! Watch me return!!!

Cool little gem. If it weren't for my buddy that's been here before I probably wouldn't have found it. Turned out to be a cool little spot. Vibe (5): Let's start off with the vibe. Awesome. Island feel with the decorations and reggae playing. Down to earth people. Definitely felt like I was on an island bout to partake in some awesomeness. Mead (4): this is essentially a meadery. If you haven't had mead yet, you must try. It's made from honey or something like that. It is sweet though. Theirs is decent and they had some good flavors. I took home the cactus cooler but I remember cantaloupe was pretty good too. They do have some other beers on draft. Food (2): this ain't no kitchen. There ain't no chef here so don't expect anything gourmet. This is just snacks that anyone can heat up. They do have some items on happy hour, but it's just to complement the alcohol you're partaking in. Overall, a solid 3.5 rounded up. Love the vibe and the mead. Come and hang out. Eat before coming.

The meads and appetizers are amazing! I absolutely love coming here to unwind and have a few tastings. Nice spot to meet up with someone for the first time and hangout. Service is amazing.

I came here the other day with my boyfriend and this place was great! We were looking for a brewery near by near Torrance and ran by this place. They have plenty of drink options and 3 different flights. We ended up with a cider flight and it was delicious. Their ciders reminds me a lot more like a sour though. There is plenty of parking and if you can't find any in their parking lot, there is also street parking. Customer service was great and this place is great for big group hang outs.Note: This place is also partnered with The Honest Abe Cider House that is on yelp. It's the same location.

Had a wonderful visit on Friday afternoon. We started off with the mead flight, honestly we loved all of them but there were 2 standouts for us, the cactus cooler and the lychee. Both were super refreshing and tasted like the flavor but didn't taste artificial- which was surprising on the lychee as lychee flavored things usually are. We decided on poke nachos & wings to eat. The fish was fresh and well seasoned, not overpowered by the toppings. The chips stayed really crispy too as it took us a while to get through them. The wings were a stand out, especially the elote tossed ones! Who would have thought those flavors would go so well on chicken wings, mayo, tajin, and cotija cheese-yum. The ranch was also really good. We sampled a few ciders there too, love potion number 9 was great and the apple pie moonshine was also a favorite of ours. The only con I can think of is the parking lot seems like it could get filled up quickly. While it wasn't a problem when we first got there, it was really full when we left.

Overall - the food and drinks were delicious! Great spot to hang out with friends. I would highly recommend! Stopped by with a group of 4 on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't super busy. I wasn't sure what drink to get - they let you have a taster which was nice! We ordered Lychee Meads, Pretzel Bites, Tater Tots, Pork Melt, Pork Sandwich, and Chicken Wrap. Prices were very affordable. Everyone loved everything! The dipping sauce for the shareables was a game changer. SO GOOD - I would buy a bottle of that sauce!! I loved the atmosphere of the bar. Very laid back. We played chess and checkers. Bathroom was clean. Free parking lot in the back! Would love to come back if I am in the area :)

Visited SoCal vibes last Friday night, the vibe inside was so welcoming. The servers were very helpful since it was our first time there and we live only 10 minutes away lol. They have a wide selection of beers, seltzers and some stronger drinks. The blonde ale and the Mexican lollipop was my favorite. We ordered poke nachos and pulled chicken sliders with chips. Can't wait for some warmer weather to enjoy the outside patio. This place is located in an industrial area of Carson with plenty of free parking.
