Signature Pho & Grill

Located inside the shopping mall. There's plenty of parking available.The Pho here is so good! The broth is tasty. I've tried all the pho that has beef but my intimate favorite is the rare steak. Lots of flavor!!! You can eat here or take it to go (which I do most times because I order extra to take home).Plus there's a bonus on the weekends during the summer months... there's a Asian Night Market that happens in the front parking lot. So you'd be getting 2 experiences for the price of 1.Come check it out.

Signature Pho & Grill is a pretty solid restaurant in the food court of the Asian Garden Mall. I went to the opening weekend of the night market and was looking for Bunh Thit Nuong Ca Xio aka Vietnamese Grilled Pork & Rice Noodles. The night market vendors were selling it for a bit excessive night market prices and the portions looked really small. So I decided this place was a better option, and I'm glad I ordered it for $12.00. So worth it. I actually prefer eating here rather than the actual night market. It was a great portion size, and they also gave a lot of meat. It was freshly made, and it was not bad. I also ordered the Ban Kep or pandan waffles, which were also being sold at the night market. To be honest, this was bomb and I'm sure the night market was selling it for more when this was made just as fresh for $3.00. My cousin also went with me and ordered the pho and she also liked it. Overall, I would recommend this place!

This restaurant was vending at the Asian Garden Mall night market. We ordered three pork skewers for $10 which was a great deal. Most of the other skewers in the area were $4/stick. The skewers we're so juicy and flavorful. We dipped it in a fish sauce we got from another vendor. The service was quick, the skewers were made quickly and already on the grill for more others.

Delicious. Cheap. Will come again. Highly recommend. Must try when in the area. Good service.

We went to the Asian Mall during the Lunar New Year Festival. There were lots of places to eat, but we stopped at this place inside the building in the food court on the first floor. It looked like a decent casual spot for Vietnamese food with good prices, but I was surprised by the quality of the food and the service! We ordered the Special Pho, Grilled Pork and Rice, and Egg Rolls. Everything was delicious! The pho came with a nice variety of meats and the soup was so flavorful that I didn't even add hoisin sauce. The grilled pork was also well seasoned with hints of lemongrass. And the guy running it was busy taking orders, delivering dishes, bussing tables, and was great at making sure we had everything we needed. I saw him pressing sugar cane stalks through a small press machine to make a sugar cane drink for another customer and ordered one. It was so refreshing - naturally sweet with a hint of citrus. Such an unexpectedly great dinner from a food court restaurant, and I'll definitely stop by again!

Pleasantly surprised by the food here, had the Pho and Bun Rieu while at the Tet festival and both dishes were so good with perfect balance of flavor. The price was cheaper and no tip required, though appreciated.

Food was amazing. The shaking beef w garlic noodle was the best I've ever had! Grilled corn was fall of the cob!

Great food and customer service! Definitely would go again, highly recommend. They are located at Asian Garden Mall food court.
