Shore Grille

December 23, we had an unexpected guest and no one wanted to go out to eat .So, I called in a a take out order. Two orders of shrimp tacos, one salmon dinner, guacamole and chips as well as a side of queso. Our guest was super impressed with the tacos as was my sister! I love the salmon dinner as well. Christmas Eve day, my daughter and her family were coming for an early dinner, so, at the suggestion of one of your excellent staff, he suggested a family pack, so I ordered a medium tri tip pack with mashed potatoes, broccoli, and asked for "drippings" to make gravy. Your staff provided all I requested, including drippings for gravy! We had a lot of tri tip left over(2 of 5 people do not eat meat), but every thing else was devoured, happily! I provided non meat dishes as well as biscuits!My son in law got the remaining meat to take home!Sorry that I didn't take pictures, but the food was fabulous! You made the time together much less stressful, since we didn't have to cook! Thank you! I will do this again!

My friends and I were in the neighborhood, and were looking for a place to have lunch. A member of our group suggested this place. Looking over the menu, we liked what we saw, and went with the suggestion. The place was busy, as it's a local favorite. There were 5 of us, with a 6th person arriving later. The host offered us a booth, which we politely declined, and, instead, waited for a section that would hold all 6 of us. After a few minutes, the host let us know our section was ready. He was nice enough to put together 3 tables end-to-end for us, complete with menus, and silverware. While a couple of us settled for ice water, one of my friends ordered an Old Fashioned, another an Iced Tea, and another ordered a beer. Our server(who was also our host) was quite nice, and attentive. He took all of our orders, and accommodated our requests for separate bills. I ordered the Shore Burger, with a side of BBQ Baked Beans. All of our orders arrived at the same time. While my beans were somewhat warm, my burger was lukewarm...but still juicy, and, delicious! They didn't splurge on the sauce, and, my burger didn't disintegrate while I was eating, which, while not that big a deal(the part about having your burger fall apart while you're eating), is a bit of an annoyance, and I was happy that my burger, aside from a few drips of burger juices, stayed intact. All in all, great service, great food. Definitely making this a go-to next time we're in town! My lone [minor] issue was the temperature of my burger. It could've been warmer, yet, it didn't taste like it had been sitting for an extended period of time, as it was, as I said, juicy, and, most importantly, delicious!

I was very pleased with the meal here. Super clean, nice local painting, plenty of TV's. Shore Grille is a convenient stop if you're looking for a lunch spot after hiking the trails in Palos Verdes. I had the grilled chicken club sandwich with fries -- everything was fresh and had good flavor. We also tried the Baja fish tacos (3x) - solid -- really nice sauce. Really good portion size -- you won't leave hungry. Service was a tad slow, but perhaps this is par for the course here. Nevertheless, a nice place to stop for lunch.

My company has been here a few times for lunch and they have done a great job accommodating our party. They have plenty of seating here. We've tried so many menu items and everyone has always enjoyed what they have ordered. I'm in love with their fish tacos. You get three tacos with thick chips and salsa on the side. I can't even begin to tell you how delicious these tacos are. Crispy on the outside and tender and flaky on the inside. Pure fish taco perfection. The service has always been great. We get refills right away and never have to wait for anything. This restaurant is a little pricey and that's what prevents me from going back more often than I do, especially for lunch. However, those tacos are calling my name and I'll have to go back very soon to start the new year off right.

The space itself is nice. It used to be a Chicago ribs and it looks the same but more updated and modern. Food was mid...it's not terrible but it's not good. Reminded me of BWW or diner type of food. I was craving chicken strips so I tried them with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The strip themselves were decent but not what you would think of when you think of chicken strips. The breading was light which I liked and the meat was wide and thin. Mashed potatoes were super thick and gummy and the Mac and cheese was that plastic-ky cheese with no flavor. I would come back maybe for happy hour or for an appetizer. Not so much worth it for their 20+ dollar dinner plates imo.

This little spot is easy to miss, but the food is great! My husband and I stopped by while relaxing in Cali and we left full and satisfied! The service was sub par, as they seemed quite busy that night. To think about it now, our server never told us his name . The atmosphere within the place is set for a "watch the game with wings night." There is a very small bar in the front upon walking in, and leaves much to be desired. My husband and I were seated and I ordered the Mahi Mahi Mediterranean. This dish has to be illegal. I wanted to scrape the plate, but I couldn't because I was so full!!! The Mahi was fresh, seasoned well and flavorful. The grape tomatoes and arugula pulled the entire dish together beautifully! My husband had the Strawberry Salad and he stated that it was good, but it could use some focus for flavor. Just before leaving, my husband and I saw a silver fish just sitting on the wall . I'm so glad I didn't see it before eating my food, but I'm upset I did see it afterwards as it made me wonder what's in the kitchen?!?!! Overall great place, but it needs some sanitation issues addressed and a bit more love added to the Strawberry Salad.

I went to the Shore Grille for the first time and was very pleased with the food. I ordered the half rack of ribs with a side of asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. The ribs fellOff the bone so tender and the bbq sauce was not over done and not too sweet. The asparagus was cooked to perfection and the garlic mashed are made with real potatoes skin still on. It also came with a delicious piece of corn bread that had a honey butter to die for. My dad ordered the Cobb salad which was tossed in a delicious homemade blue cheese dressing. The service was a little on the slower side and I would have loved a hot towel after having the ribs but those are my only complaints. It kind of has a bar/pub vibe but it was cozy. I will definitely go back.

Parking lot is shared with other restaurants. Restaurant itself is very clean. Food options is American with many options. We ordered sandwiches on brioche buns: grilled mahi and grilled chicken with lots of complimentary fixings that made every bit delicious. I look forward to coming back.

Wow. Tried this place for the first time and really enjoyed it. Needed to get something semi healthy but tasty and we found it!5/5: Facility. Plenty of free close parking in front and in the back. Inside was clean, dishes clean.5/5: Service. Everyone was nice, no issues. Food: 5/5: Mahi Mahi Mediterranean. So fresh and tasty! The mixture of fresh arugula, garlic seasoned basil tomatoes and the char-grilled Mahi Mahi made this in instant fan favorite for us. We will be back frequently for this! 4/5: Chicken Caesar salad. Decent.4/5: Bavarian pretzel Next time, we're getting 2 Mahi Mahi Mediterraneans!
