On a food tour designed by yours truly, we ran into this pair making high quality Peruvian food and wanted to see how they prepare things. We watched the chef make the Lomo Saltado, made with fries, perfectly cut pieces of beef, freshly cooked vegetables, rice all below a fried egg. He did a wonderful job at putting it all together. Despite it being a bit pricey, it was high quality food at its finest. They've been at it four days and appear to have caught the eyes of street food fans in Long Beach. They are very professional as you'll see from their set up so things are quite clean on the street.

Customer service was amazing. They greeted me right away, provided me with a menu and went over some of their most popular dishes. I decided to go with the lomo saltado. It was delicious! The steak was well seasoned and the salsas they give on the side give it an extra touch. I didn't mind waiting for my food (10-15min) because as I was sitting down waiting they were kindly bringing me a sample of their chicken and other salsas. Very GENEROUS and kind and I can tell that they cook from the heart. Very authentic. Good quality ingredients & amazing service. Will definitely return and recommend this to friends and family members.

I ordered the chicken chaufa which was a little salty for my liking but it was still good. Service is great however wait time is slow due to the limited staff making the food so bring your patience, the cook is still working as fast as possible. I would come here again to try the other items due to the fact that they are affordable and portion size is huge.
