seriously so good!! we got 8 lbs of a variety of meats for 14 people, including:- 3 lb brisket- 1 lb pork belly- 1 lb beef tongue- 1 beef belly- 1 pork jowl- 1.2 lb rib fingersthey were all so delicious! This was perfect for our friend reunion kbbq dinner. Will definitely come back!

The service is so great and welcoming. Not a lot of parking especially on weekends but the meats are high quality and worth the visit. Thank you kane who helped me and was very knowledgeable. Cool place to get wagyu and other high end meat cuts!

My friends and I purchased a variety of meats to grill for our kbbq party! Some of the types of meat we got included: pork belly, brisket, pork jowl, wagyu, rib finger, beef belly, and beef tongue. All tasted so delicious but I especially enjoyed the beef belly, tongue, and wagyu! Great ratio of fat to meat and sooo soft that it melts in your mouth!

So happy to have a trendy meat store in the neighborhood ever since stater brothers on hazard closed down. The meat selection here is great whether you want to grill or have hot pot or even Shabu their selection is very fair and so are their pricing. There is always someone willing to help you with your questions on whether or not if you wanna cook these meats or for the event you're trying to set them up for as well. I was greeted the moment I walked in and was left to browse at my own pace until I requested help. The cashier was extremely friendly :)

Excellent selection of meat and outstanding service. We purchased some meat to grill at home, and everything turned out so well. The meat tasted fresh and super tender. Love love that we have this fantastic meat market near us.

A+++ service! Genuinely wonderful people working here who are passionate about their cuts of meat. Don't be intimidated that they're a specialty shop. They're reasonably priced and offer a variety of options from USDA to tomahawks, to A5 wagyu. Legit! Kenneth and Diane were so welcoming and informative. Helped us make wonderful gift choices. No sales pitch here, their selection sell themselves and they welcome all questions! If you find something you like and it's just too big, they are happy to cut it down to the size you need or cut a meat of your choice in the style you want. They even have bones that are cut down the center to reveal bone marrow deliciousness! Very clean establishment with packed with plenty of options. Highly recommend! They'll also be expanding their variety with other options such as grass fed.

Went though what she recommended and I was pretty much sold LOL ofc i had to control myself Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Wonderful meat market with extraordinary pricing! I don't live in OC, but will do my bulk food shopping from time to time. I always pick up a handful of trays to have on hand to make gyudon on demand. Don't let the frozen meat fool you, the meat quality is there!
