As always, we had an amazing time here. This is our go to since they have opened. Ignacio was our server. Ignacio is a gem. Daniel helped and was just as awesome. The manager also came over to ask how everything was. He was very sweet, respectful and so very friendly. Ignacio went over and beyond. Such great service. He had amazing recommendations. He knew the menu inside and out. It was a delight. The place is immaculately clean. It was such a romantic night. We celebrated my husbands birthday as well as love. The food was definitely delicious! I am in love with the sweet potato. I had no idea they had this. It was really delicious. Parking is downstairs under the building. Entry to parking is in the back. Reservations should be done for Holidays and weekends. The food was spectacular. The drinks were yummy.

Ruth Chris Long Beach was the best date night we could have asked for. The food is always consistent and the quality is top tier BUT it was the IMPECCABLE service we received that made our night! Hailey was our server and Adolfo was her server assistant and both of them were a dream! Hailey gave us recommendations when we couldn't decide between our sides and made sure she kept us updated on our drink orders when the bar got a little backed up. We were going to skip dessert and then we saw an Apple crumble that another table had ordered and Hailey highly recommended it...I'm so glad she did.We had such an amazing time that we left our table and went to the bar. The bar was packed but we never felt as though we were being ignored as you sometimes can feel when the bar is busy.Overall, this has been the best Ruth Chris experience I have had out of going to multiple locations in and outside of SoCal. We will definitely be back!

Room to grow and refine. We've been to many Ruth's locations, but this was our first time to the Long Beach location. This location hasn't been around as long as others and it shows. The food was good and the espresso martini was good...no problems there. Unfortunately, the issues that I have with this location is with the service and the location of my table. The little 2-top was squeezed into a spot right up against the support column in the room...and there was another just like it on the other side of the column. I had to squeeze my way around and behind a crowded 6 seater round table to reach my chair up against the column. The column blocked my view through the floor to ceiling windows that everyone else got to enjoy. The only plus to the column was that it gave relative privacy between us and the one on the other side of it. But still, they were the two worst placed tables in whole dining room. It seems to me that they have staffing issues...like a lack of bus boys and other wait staff who take care of your place settings, bread and water, scrape the bread crumbs off the table before the entree arrives, etc. Consequently, our waiter was doing all of those things himself. He was clearly too busy and he had my sympathies. To no fault of his own, the service suffered, and he was not able to be as attentive as we normally experience at other locations. We were there for our anniversary, so we always look forward to exceptional service. At other locations, we always get that exceptional service...the kind of attention that makes you feel special and makes the occasion wonderful. We just didn't get that here...it missed the mark. And, year after year, we always get a complimentary anniversary dessert and the corkage is always waived. We ordered a crème brûlée, an espresso martini and a coffee. But I felt that if I didn't ask about the anniversary dessert, he would've skipped it. Plus, he didn't waive the corkage. I don't mean to seem like a cheapskate, but when you get used to those perks year after year without even asking for it, you certainly come to expect it, right? Those are the things that make it special and that's why we usually return to Ruth's every year. We still love Ruth's...but the Long Beach location...sorry, but we're not likely to return.

YES. I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE. I came here for the Mon - Fri happy hour which is 4:00 - 6:00 pm and I can't wait to be back. The, food, the drinks, THE BARTENDERS, I LOVED IT ALL. Anthony is phenomenal! I love him.This restaurant is fancy but the bar is a more casual atmosphere. Everyone is so attentive and the food and drinks are SUPER delicious.

Ruth's Chris is one of our favorite natural steakhouses. Seasoned to perfection. A steakhouse that is complemented with an awesome service staff that makes customers feel like part of the family. Our service started with excellent service and cocktails provided by Dee. Dee is enthusiastic and fun spirited. Followed up service by sweet Amber, fun Anthony and Christian aka Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics haha. What a wonderful staff provided by Ruth's Chris Long Beach. Thank you RC. My Happy Hour meal and drinks we're excellent.

Private room, service and food were wonderful. However, the fine print on the contract had a minimum amount to spend, on food not a problem but I thought it included soft drinks and coffee. It clearly states does not include alcohol and didn't list any other items. To my surprise I was charged for all items including beverages except for the water for my party if 12. Never the less, I do plan to dine again in the future but most likely won't plan a hosting event.

We love steak and this is great venue we just discovered. We ordered theater & lobster, that came with an onion soup starter (your choice) and dessert & sides. The steak was cooked to perfection and not overly salty. The cold water is one of favorite to cook at home, it was delicious to order this for dinner. The lobster has a sweet freshness to it. The creamy spinach was soooo creamy I almost drenched it over everything. The garlic mash potato was also creamy Anna just a hint of garlic flavor. We compliment our meal with the cheesecake, one of the best I have ever had, it just melts in your mouth, just perfect. We love that we could linger and not made to feel we had to rush through dinner. Service was excellent. The manager came by to check in on us a couple of times, thought this added a special touch to our dining experience. So glad there is another steakhouse in DTLB. We can't wait to return to try the Creme Bruele

First Happy Hour at this location. It's been a few years. The bar patrons were lively chatting it up with each other, which is always nice except... When one person talks too damn much lol. Mostly locals which was nice too, but they definitely get visitors during conferences. Decided to try a few lite bites. Both were excellent and plentiful and therefore worth the $15 price The staff was cool, attentive, and friendly. I was told it wasn't as busy as it usually is, but I'll be back either way.

The food here was made exceptionally well. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sides were very yummy. The parking here is iffy, our waiter went missing for a little bit so the service was on and off but it was a busy night .. it's pretty dim inside but it matches the vibe. Overall I would visit again. This is a great place for birthday celebrations, they personalized the menu for my boyfriend and confetti filled the table and I thought that was nice.

Loved the ambiance and environment! Big shout out to Haley for being so kind and inviting. And big shootout to Miguel with the long hair! He was such a pleasure to be around and definitely is committed to bringing a good family vibe to the establishment.
