I hired Roy taquiza for my daughters bday in the IE, and tacos were a hit.I messaged Roy last minute and he was able to cater my party last minute.The meats i ordered were al pastor, chicken , asada and they were all good quality. The salsas were very good too.The only thing i can say that was not good was the lemonade it did not have a good flavor it was bitter; other than that i highly recomment Roy taquizas they were punctual and great customer service!!

I asked some information and they did respond but then they Stoped responding.I really wanted to get them but they havent gotten back to me if they are available or not, it will be courteous to at least say Yes or No.Since July 27, now its aug 1 and still no response. Very Rude

Roy is the man! I hired another taco man for my sons party and they cancelled last minute. I gave Roy a call and he was here within the hour. The food was outstanding! Most taco men go cheap on the meat, but it was more than we could feed. He had a ton of extra as well as it being so delicious where every one had to go back for 2nds and 3rds. He not only had delicious tacos, but he busted out quesadillas and street dogs. His green salsa is amazing as well. Highly recommend. My company uses him all the time for work events after the party as well as many of my family referrals. A+++

Email: [email protected] now, Roy Taquizas is strictly catering only. They DO NOT have a store front or a "truck." Our company recently contacted them to cater to one of our events. They showed up promptly and started cooking right away. You do not have to do anything except have space for them to set up their equipment. With your catering items of choice, they will provide you with Mexican rice, beans, macaroni salad, 1 big jar of aqua fresca, variety of salsas and condiment bar, plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. Truly, you do not have to do anything except pay the man. We chose the option to have the beef (carne asada), chicken (pollo), al pastor (marinated pork), and chorizo as our meat selections for our tacos. The tortillas are small and made out of corn. Your guests just line up and can order whatever they want. Everything was cooked right in front of us and the line although long at times went by swiftly. You just add all the toppings and condiments on your own. Our plates were tipping over by the time we were done scooping all the goodies onto or next to our tacos (wherever there was space left on our plates).In addition to the tacos mentioned, they also can serve up bacon wrapped hot dogs, quesadillas, pupusas, birrias (Mexican meat stew), and veggie burgers for you non-carnivores. I also believe they have meat options for your tacos upon request, but you should probably contact Roy and find out.As for pricings, it's really not too bad. From their menu: 50 people for the four taco meat selections: $350, don't forget it includes all the stuff that comes standard with it. For 75 people: $390. There are more options to meddle with but you need to contact them to find out exactly what you need and how much you're willing to spend.As for the quality of the food, it was fresh and got our taste buds kicking. Personally, I enjoyed the chicken tacos the most. The Mexican drink they provided was a nice touch and almost like a dessert drink. Everything was quite satisfying overall.So if you're looking to cater your next taco party, consider Roy's Taquizas to do the work for you. I think they're based out of the Long Beach area but they seem like they are willing to drive out for the job.

We had Roys Tacos for our sons graduation party and they were awesome ! They came early to set up and everything was prepared on time and it was all delicious and fresh! The best tacos and the best service !!!!!I highly recommend them !!!!

We just had Roy cater our wedding because we both love tacos. It was a bit of a gamble to just go with someone we found on yelp, but he was really quick to respond to our emails and was super friendly. Overall, I got a good vibe. Because it was going to be a larger event (for 200 people) we wanted to taste the tacos before our big day. He set it all up and we were able to taste the taco meats and 2 aguas frescas. Value wise, the amount he quoted us included 2 aguas frescas, all the taco trimmings we needed (salsas, chopped onions, cilantro, beans, rice, and a macaroni salad, napkins, etc).He came all the way to East Los Angeles, set up, and took care of all our taco needs without us having to worry about it. So we could take care of all the other little things (that add up)! So in regards to the food we didn't have to stress at all!Simply put, Roy's Tacos are great & he and his family are awesome people!

I hired Roy's Taquiza to cater my husband's Birthday party for about 50 people back in September and I'm still hearing compliments from my guests. The food was excellent, presentation was great from the condiments bar, aguas frescas, pupusas, tacos and hot dogs wrapped in bacon. Roy and his staff are very professional. He did all he said he would and beyond. Defiditely exceeded my expectations.I would certainly recommend him and would hire him again!

We hired Roy's Taquizas for my sister's graduation and 25th birthday party. Needless to say, my family and I were all IMPRESSED with both the food and the service! It was a roll of a dice picking Roy's over another taco man a family friend had recommended, but this roll was a winner, as I was not disappointed at all. For about $500 we had 4 meats (carne asada, al pastor, chicken, and chorizo), agua fresca (we chose horchata), rice, beans, macaroni salad, salsa bar and the highlight...BACON-WRAPPED HOT DOGS, which were a major hit at our party. The food was seasoned perfectly and it was not greasy at all. They also provide utensils, plates, and condiments in the package. Our "taco man" that evening was Joshua and he was just THE best taco man we've ever had at a family party. Being Filipino, half of our family and friends always come Filipino time which is at least an hour later than the invitation time. Joshua was so nice to offer to stay a bit longer when he saw some of our relatives coming in late to the party. Our family really appreciated that. The presentation of the food was also presented in a neat manner. He also cleaned up his station so neatly you never would have guessed he was cooking there. Our family could not stop raving about how good the food was and how awesome the service was. While Joshua served us at our party, Roy was the person who I spoke with to set everything up and discuss the party packages. Roy was great. He always promptly returned my calls and was very professional. Our family has found our go-to taco man. We will definitely hire Roy's Taquizas again in a heart beat!

Had him come cater my fiance's 30th bday party at a bowling alley. He was incredibly accommodating, easy going, he came to the event early, and the food was delicious!! He was a huge hit, everyone loved it! Would for sure use him again for catering and will refer him to others. Thanks again, Roy!

Hired Roy's Taquizas for a Bridal Shower after finding them on Yelp! Best decision I took... (not one to "try" something unknown, specially for an event). Guests raved about how delicious the tacos were and the things it included (mac salad, rice, beans, grilled onions, etc) Roy is great! Great service, great food... DEF A WIN! :)Recommended Roy's to friends and they will be hiring his services as well.... So will I!
