[Edit] I was promptly informed by management after writing the initial review that breakfast burritos are not limited to breakfast hours. I've been coming here for years and ordering breakfast burritos at any time of the day and all of a sudden I can't do that? Since when? I love a good breakfast burrito at lunch time. Oh well.

Needed a burger fix yesterday. Went to local Rods. Had the Rods burger with cheese. Have got to say been coming hear since 1985 at least.This burger was NOT what I am used to. And for 12noon the place was empty. This place is was a local iconic hang out. The burger now does not resemble the original at all to me it was tasteless. No charbroil taste at all. No chopped lettuce and onions. The burger was dry. 3 leaves of lettuce on bottom I removed 2 1 huge tomato slice. Since coming here with friends and family this was the one place that we never had to add ketchup mustard or any consents. What I had yesterday was less tasty than burger king or Norms. Disappointed yes the original rods burger is gone. Change the lettuce change the onions. Change the sauce change the tomato change the way the burger is stacked served dry not the juicy old way. New people. This is a burger review only.

Since my son loves cheeseburgers, I wanted to go to a place we hadn't tried before. The boys ordered the burgers and I got the fish sandwich. Both were delicious and tasted fresh. Da Hubs said these were the best char burgers he's tried. As far as char goes, my son agrees. We've added this to our list of fave burger places.Funny thing is, when you first arrive, the counter is really close to the entrance. There's ample seating to the side and the place is very clean. Parking in the small lot.

The food here is delicious! I came here not knowing what to expect and my partner and I were blown away by the quality and taste in the food! The service wasn't too great the cashier isn't the nicest but the food definitely outweighs it.

I've been a customer of Rod's since the 1980's. It used to be a cool place to hang out and enjoy a good breakfast or burger with friends. The rather shabby but familiar and comfy red pleather booths were yanked out and replaced with tiny tables and super uncomfortable, cheap chairs that make you want to finish your meal and get out of there, pronto. Such a shame that they ruined the ambiance of the place.

We've lived in the area for years and have been sleeping on Rod's. The double cheese burger was huge. The chili fries were great. The parts of the fries that had no chili were perfectly seasoned and honestly loved it as well, maybe more.

I have been coming to Rod's since I was a child and MARTHA has always done an exceptional job at making me feel welcome. With her warm, loving, motherly spirit! I appreciate all the days she's made sure my order was perfect. I love coming there because of her. Which is why I am a regular! Thank you my lady for being such a beautiful spirit in our community I hope god blesses you abundantly. This girl deserves a raise!!!!!

Dined in for breakfast 3-31-24 and it was one of the best combination bacon and polish sausage burrito to date! Lots of bacon, hash browns, and what I love is the chili on top or on the side o-A definite must!

Heard all the hype about rods through friends and I have too say that is the first time I've ever had fries that taste bad , I still ate it but literaly tasted like they were fried in stale urin . Chicken strips were small as helll too lol just go to Steve's or even snacks . I'm sorry :(
