Riviera House

A returning customer driving from SFV, of MANY years (pre Covid era and during), and the food is always on point. Friendly servers, good vibes (brunch, lunch, dinner) even on windy days! They have outdoor patio which is enjoyable, it feels like you're on the beach even though you're a couple blocks away.Drinks are good, I always have tequila or mezcal based, and I can't say I've had one I didn't like.If I were a local, this would be my go-to!Highly suggest.

Happy hour reviewExec summary- the best in riviera villageWe've all done brunch and dinner , but we ended up in riviera village for happy hour. We walked up and down, examining each menu. The food selection here was varied, the beer selection great, and super good mixed cocktails. We ordered every happy hour entree. - The fish tacos were awesome and huge- the ahi sampler was amazingSince the patronage was light we ended up chatting to the staff. What an awesome team. They love this place and , as a result, the vibe here is awesome alsoOh, great selection of music. I didn't recognize any of the artists , but the mood it created was fantastic

Yep. This is the place to be. Excellent food, cold beer, and cool specialty drinks. Great atmosphere both inside and out. My girl and I each had the smashburger. She protein style and I on a bun. They were full of fresh goodness. Not too sloppy, but you'll still get a chance to lick the fingers. I know, etiquette dictates that napkins should be used, but how fun is that! I mean, I wasn't wearing a tuxedo, and besides there weren't any finger bowls. So on to the tongue they went. As they should be. The beer helped that along for sure.The servers at Riviera are very friendly. Ours was exceptionally so. She handled our party of five flawlessly. All the while with a smile. Do yourself a favor, stop in for a smile and a meal. Both are worth the price of admission. Quick Tip: Though there is a fair amount of parking in the vicinity, it can get swallowed up quickly. Be patient, and try to resist complaining that the Covid expansion of the restaurants, still in place, are taking up most of the street parking.

Came in for Sunday brunch and hoping to get bottomless mimosas. We came in around 12:30, the server told us they're out of mimosas. Strange. How does that happen. Anyways, I ordered the Scallywag cocktail which was incredibly delicious and better than a mimosa. The chicken and waffles was so flavorful. Comes with uniquely crafted butter and spicy sauce. I really enjoyed that they used chicken breast instead of thigh and it was juicy!

Wow! We love Riviera House! So glad we gave it another chance! This is our new favorite neighborhood spot for Craft Cocktails and a bite. The staff is super friendly and talented...Sam, Max, and John are Amazing! The food is so delicious in a beautiful open air atmosphere. We enjoy the Cocktail Tiger Prawns, Tempura Green Beans, Seabass, Scallops, Happy Hour BBQ Pork Ribs and so much more...During the week, there are fun menus and specials. The tacos are great on Taco Tuesday. Whiskey Wednesday is when the staff chooses a whiskey on special for $12. Tiki Thursday serves a $10 Tiki Burger and 25% off Tiki Cocktails. Outstanding quality Cocktails, Food, and Service!

Fun restaurant in a cute little neighborhood. Friendly staff. They have a vast array of specialty cocktails, however they're all on the tarty side. Even drinks like the MaiTai were no that sweet. The food is top notch. The chilled seafood platter was a good starter with fresh oysters, large shrimp, and ceviche. The truffle fries were nice and thick and flavorful. The sea bass with risotto was excellent. My friends got the salmon entree, the scallops, the salmon sandwich, and the Picanha steak and loved all of them.

We had dinner at Riviera House and it was a very nice. The restaurant was very clean. Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. I ordered a drink not listed on the menu and it was just okay. The salmon was excellent. The steak was a little too fatty for my taste and probably would not order it again. We also had the Truffle fry's which were so good they seemed to vanish before I could take a photo. Not sure the kids would find something they liked, we only saw 1 child and I think he was related to the owner but I am not sure. I would say it was a more adult friendly place than a kid friendly place. But I did not ask for a kids menu so they might have one.

Loved this place. There is plenty of parking surrounding the area of Riviera Village. Restaurant has indoor/outdoor seating. Cool and casual place. Nice selection of cocktails. Service was spot on especially for a Sunday afternoon. Started off with happy hour fish and shrimp tacos. Flavors were so on point. Batter on both was nice and crispy and crunchy all the way through. Beet salad with herb chevre cheese....had no idea I liked it but I cleaned the plate. The shrimp pasta was phenomenal! Prices were extremely reasonable. Can't wait to come back and try the other entrees.

This place is my favorite place in Riviera Village! I love their brunch, and their cocktails are masterfully crafted. My favorite brunch dish is their avocado toast and my husband loves the steak and eggs. We recently went to their Tiki Thursday deal and had an amazing burger meal with some Tiki drinks and everything was so yummy! The waiters are always so kind and welcoming. And the venue is very beach-y and relaxing.

This is my favorite Los Angeles County restaurant. It's perfect. First visit was accidental but a very nice surprise.
