First time here today 2.8.24 for breakfast while visiting, recommended by someone who's actually a foodie. Cute, little spot !! Seated right away, wait staff came right away, we started with the beverages, brought this ahhh mocha,looked so good! I was already wowed! When the waitress came to take our order with a smile and oh so friendly, I asked...what omelette do you recommend? She recommended what we actually picked!! Yay!!! She knows what's up. Food came...drum roll....that stuffed French toast...whaaaatt? Shut the front door! That's like something I see in food network! Triple diners, and chopped. Our omelette made to perfection! We asked for extra crispy hash browns...done!! Let's do the rating....PLATING-20TASTE -20ORIGINALITY-20SERVICE-20 I'm braggin!!!I told the waitress this, I needed to know who's behind that counter in the kitchen, with such talent!!! I, we, were impressed!!!!!! And the price is sooo reasonable comparing to where we come from San Fernando Valley. I told her, I would give it a 20.We frequently visit San Pedro when we can, there's just so many cool things out there and little hidden gems, that you just gotta try, and this one by far made my number 1 pick !!!Thank you guys!! You rock!!!!!!

Asked for over hard eggs. First time came out super runny yolk over easy. Second time came out still with a yolk not fully cooked through. Waitress was apologetic but still sucks as a dining experience to watch your table eat as it takes forever to remake your dish only to have it miss the second time as well.

One of my favorite breakfast spots. I love the team here especially Lupe she is so nice! I always try to arrive early when no one is around yet and enjoy a coffee/latte. So quiet and peaceful, My favorite coffee in all of San Pedro. Occasionally i come here with bae, and enjoy breakfast. Service is fast and friendly and the shop is set up so cute and cozy. It is a tiny place and can be packed during the weekend or as it becomes later in the morning. Definitely a place worth visiting in this town.

We came here on Easter and had the best time. This was the best latte I've had in a long time! The staff is always so friendly and vibrant. Inside is cozy and the food always hits the spot. I got a club sandwich with a side salad. Both were fresh and delicious.

(3.5/5) TL;DR: Cute house-turn-cafe serving decent, classic American and Mexican homecooked mealsCame on a Saturday morning and, to our surprise, were seated immediatelyOur coffee orders came quick - definitely try the Mexican coffee!The server took our orders (4-top):- Breakfast burrito (4/5): Solid burrito; side of beans and cheese were tasty too- Breakfast special - Strawberry french toast (5/5): definitely the best plate of the table - 2 eggs and single strawberry pancake (2/5): the two eggs were decent but the strawberries were the highlight of the plate - the pancake itself was thick, heavy, gummy, and just not good. I think we took a collective 2 bites and gave up ... not to mention, the pancake came out about 15 minutes after the rest of the food - Chilaquiles w green sauce (3/5): the green sauce was good but wish we knew that the eggs were scrambled and not sunny/over easy so we could've either asked different eggs or swerved altogetherWhile the overall meal was good, there were some issues with service, specifically some missed sides, late pancake, and delivering wrong orders. In the end, it was all sorted out so no harm no foul - just a little rough around the edgesCheers, Rex's!

We ate at this restaurant yesterday morning after seeing great reviews online. We loved our breakfast. The food was so good and they had really generous proportions. Also, the food was packed with flavor and had food items that complemented each other really well.The service was really accommodating. We got there a little before an hour of closing and did not feel rushed to leave. We were served within 15 minutes of ordering. We were checked in on regularly and made sure that our toddler felt comfortable while eating by offering a booster seat and proving utensils that were best suited for him. The atmosphere was lovely and had a great selection of music. The restaurant was clean and decorated beautifully.

That has to be one of the worst cafe experiences I've ever had. The coffee was like water-it was so gross. I couldn't believe it. I ordered an eggs Benedict because that's my go to and wow-i can't believe they call it that. It had some dry gross cheese on top instead of hollandaise sauce and the yolk was medium rather than runny. The sausage was good. The hash brown was good. But wow. Really weird for them to charge $15 for what I had. They didn't charge for the coffee but it still came out to $17 cause of a dollar card fee and tax. The waitress was slow and kinda rude when i brought up the coffee. She said usually people don't say that it's mild-so i looked at other reviews and sure enough, others had that experience as well. I can't say I recommend this place unfortunately. It was also loud in there and i saw the waitress being non accommodating to others who came in.

Really good food and great waitstaff - would go here again! My mom and I got the tofu scramble & tofu/vegetable teriyaki stir fry. They were the exact same dish, haha, just one had teriyaki sauce (and I added avocado to the scramble). Veggies included broccoli, carrots, cauliflower & zucchini (I asked for no mushrooms). The scramble wasn't really a scramble, just cubed tofu with veggies and some garlic/oil/seasoning, but it was still good, especially topped with their salsa and Cholula. I loved how cute they arranged the fruit bowl too.

Great service. The breakfast quesadilla was the standout. Nice fruit side with our omelette. The stuffed French toast was promising but not as good as I hoped.

Excellent! Best latte ever. Had the French toast with squaw bread and it was fantastic. I will definitely return
