Rena G's BBQ & Soul Food

I'd highly recommend Rena G's. They have some of the best barbecue in the area. I had the beef barbecue ribs with a side of mac and cheese and some yams. The ribs were tender and have an amazing sauce paired with the them. The yam were also fantastic. It was so good that I don't even have a picture to upload here because I blew through it so fast. If you haven't been, I suggest you go soon!

What a delight! Just off the beaten path, minding its own business, a little spot to walk up and order and sit for a spell. That's how the cookie crumbles, that's how the story goes, you make a list, you measure twice, you cut just once and then off you go down the journey of your own design. It was probably after 3pm and the day had not offered me a sandwich yet, so I had to ask for it: a Philly cheeseburger. First I ordered a chili cheese dog, but they were out of chili. It's Friday and everyone is out of everything, the week is at its end. In due time, I always tell myself and then here it comes, the Philly cheeseburger. It was a burger with bell peppers, cheese, onions and some greens, and let me tell you it was perfect. I'm back on that meat wagon and it feels fine. Thank you chef, thank you lord, thank you god above (or below for that matter), I feel good.

Excellent food and service.Had the $10 special.Ordered pork ribs, beans and & cheese.Good flavor and tender.Spicy bbq sauce. Will definitely return.

Food is good ,and the guy that works there has great customer service ..I've tried a couple thing and everything I've tried from the smother ribs to bbq ribs and sides were delicious..The bbq sauce was a lil spicy for me as I cant handle spice well but my kid said it's hot so might be to spicy for those 3 under go with the smothered or light sauce for lil ones..other than that..nothing but positive to say about this place

Great food today I got a lunch hot links side a mustard greens and potato salad. I've tried other food and have not been disappointed. Great customer service from the guy that works there. Great place try it if you haven't already

I love the tacos and the chicken links. Wings were bomb and my husband loves the BBQ! Hi-5 all the way for such an unexpected delightful meal. I'm looking forward to trying other things on their menu.

This place is OFF THE CHAIN!! We celebrated a birthday by picking up several dinners. Our first time here and we were not disappointed. The birthday girl LOVED the beef ribs. We had rib tips, pork ribs, beef ribs, beef links, and chicken: none disappointed!!! The sides: macaroni and cheese, greens, yams, red beans and rice, potato salad: all delicious!! And the BBQ sauce was FANTASTIC!Thank you to Terry Humphery, the cook extraordinaire. She took our order and hooked us up. Her kindness and graciousness know no bounds. Thank you to Terry Williams, the owner, who is the consummate host! We had a huge order and he provided us libations while we waited and carried and loaded all of our dinners into our car. We'll be back for sure!!

The most horrible food I ever tasted they didn't have nothing on the menu that was posted. Sloppy unseasoned and blan I got diarrhea after eating it just don't go I'm going to call the health department to investigate
