Rascals Teriyaki Grill

Heard great things about Rascal's a long time ago. There happen to be one down the street from where I work so decided to give it a try.I phoned in my order and it was ready in about 15-20min. I ordered the Teri Deluxe, and it came with a Chinese chicken salad. The teriyaki and meat was excellent but the salad I thought was just mid. It is a little bit pricey imo

The Service was meh.Cashier was not helpful.Yet very empty.We all have our bad days. I arrived at 12 noon on a Saturday an hour after opening.Not sure if I will come back to this Location anytime soon

Tried the curry chicken plate as I've haven't tried it before. Pleasantly surprised. It was very good and I would get it again. I mean the teriyaki is what they're famous for, and the chicken salad. But I think their other offerings are pretty good too. Good to have options.

Absolutely delicious. Located near the tokyo central, this is a great place to get a quick bite to eat, with delicious and healthy food. I ended up getting the chicken deluxe, with the sauce on the side and an order of their gravy on the side as well. The employee working the register recommended it. It was a great recommendation. The gravy changed up the flavor profile, and added more savoriness to the dish. I was thoroughly surprised by the amount of chicken they give you for the price. It was a lot of food, especially with the salad it comes with. Definitely getting a bang for your buck here.

I am glad that this Rascals is near my office as it is our go to spot at work when we are craving teriyaki. There was a Rascals closer to home in Long Beach, but unfortunately they closed down and relocated to Carson. So really, I only get to eat Rascals once in a while now. I love getting their chicken & beef teriyaki plate. The rice is kind of like sticky sushi rice, which goes really well with the meat. One order is enough for two servings. I really like their Chinese Chicken Salad as well. It is so simple, but yet so delicious and very refreshing to eat. There is a combo that comes with a side of the salad and it is definitely worth getting and can be a meal in itself. Prices here are very reasonable and affordable compared to other similar restaurants.

Stopped at this location on the way back to work for a quick lunch before I hopped on the 91 freeway. This location is big and it's kind of mixed in with a town home/loft apartment neighborhood. Parking lot is decent size but be mindful of the parking signs and times. I ordered their chicken salad and it was pretty big. The chicken to lettuce to dressing ratio is kind of off in my opinion, but it was still good. There's also sliced almonds which gives it a little crunch. It's healthier than eating a burger, but I would definitely get the teriyaki chicken and rice next time. Service was really fast and staff were all super nice. Good place for lunch, but if you're hungry I'd get the teriyaki chicken instead of the salad.

Rascals is always our go to for their delicious Chinese Chicken salad! They have the best dressing and the wontons on top s definitely the cherry! Today, 9/13/24, we ordered a small catering size Chinese chicken salad to bring to our parents for dinner. We also ordered chicken teriyaki plate and a beef teriyaki plate for the kids. The kids loved the beef. They preferred the beef over the chicken. The service was ok. They could be friendlier and welcoming. The ambiance is modern. It is a large restaurant. They have a lot of space and tables. It also looked clean. We ordered to go and it was pretty quick for our order to be ready. They are located in a plaza with plenty of parking in Gardena. If you love Chinese chicken salad, this is the place for you! Highly recommend!

Best Chinese chicken salad in the world! I've been addicted to it since 2018 and the recipe hasn't changed. There are more locations now and they've all been very consistent. Love their teriyaki combo as well!

Very good teriyaki. This place is never disappointing. I've been going to Rascals for more than 30 years.
