I rated this place 1 star in the past. But I been coming here because my gf really likes their fries and their burgers. So I been eating here a little more here and there.After eating here a few times, especially recently, I have to say this place has come up. I can't believe that I am ratting this place 3 stars. But I think this place is improving. Plus the deals are unmatched, especially in this economy.We just got 2 burgers, 2 fries and 1 large coke for only 10$. That is fed both of us and we shared the coke. The deals here are better then anywhere at the moment.The burgers are ok. They are not my favorite but they get the job done.So far the employees have been decent. We get our order pretty quick, and we haven't had anything missing so far. Everything has been fresh and hot. Maybe we are getting lucky, who knows? But so far so good.

Do not get off your car. There is so many crackheads around this area even if you go to the drive-through, they will be standing at the end by the window asking you for Monday.Is there food is OK but most of the time your fries will be lumpy and soggy. A lot of the workers are rude. Try to avoid this place as much as possible.

I just finished eating my food in the parking lot, and may I just say I was very disappointed. You can tell they haven't changed the oil for multiple days, because when I ate my fries not only were they burnt, but you can taste how old the oil was. It was definitely not FRESH. This place needs new management ASAP.

Customer service was the worst attitude was to the roof! The manager the old lady with a man's hair cut white hair had attitude when i showed her my coupon on my phone there was two pictures one of a beef burger and one of a chicken and I said I wanted the chicken and she played dumb asking for the name of the sandwich knowing damn well which one it was. Not just that this employee maybe late 40s was very rude to the customer ahead of us and acted like she didn't care and when it was our turn we were being rushe.

Thought I would give this place a try and was looking forward to it but was disappointed. I ordered online and picked up my order. The lady working the window was nice and my food was ready. The food quality though, haven't had fast food this bad in a long time. Should have known it was so cheap for a reason. The fries were probably the best thing but as far as the burger goes the bun was soo dry and the meat tasted like something out of a school cafeteria. Got the ice cream sundae which was decent but was more of that milky icey Ice cream. Overall was not impressed!!

I don't really ever do this, but feel the need to to warn othersDo not, under any circumstance, use their mobile ap.If anything is not in stock, they will cancel your order, which sounds fine, until you realize that cancelling your order does not refund your order.They will have you call an 800 number, then after an hour or so, they will tell you that your request for a refund will be sent to another department, they will not let you speak to this department, and will tell you to wait 4 to 5 business days for them to call you back.A week and a half later, after realizing they have not called you back yet, you can call them again to see if any progress is made, spoiler alert, no progress will have been made, they will tell you that you will have to wait ANOTHER 4 to 5 business days.Now at this point, you may be losing patience, and yes, I was, so, after demanding to speak to anyone who might actually be able to help me, for another 30.minutes or so, they will finally cave and let you speak to a supervisor, of course that's after they told you a supervisor was unavailable.The. The supervisor will tell you the same thing everyone else told you and that you just have to wait, until you are.more insistant, then the supervisor may tell you that he's looking into it, and it a appears that the refund is already in progress and is waiting for your bank to approve it.Awesome, except, the bank never got any kind of request, in fact, another week later, when you call yet again, much more upset this time, they will ask you to hang up and they will call you back that day.Except they don't call you. The lady at the store who told you you couldn't get an in store refund will call you and tell you that you have to go to the store to get your refund and it had to be the same store you ordered at, even if you live over an hour away, which I do. I ask her what I need to have with me to prove it's me, she says just tell the people working and they will know, now, we are getting somewhere.Except when you do make it back out to Long Beach and are able to stop by and get your refund, they tell you they don't do in store refunds.When the blood finally clears from your vision and you can hear something besides your heart beating in your ears a few minutes later, you explain everything that's already happened, and how much of a nightmare getting a refund has already been, and that the GM told you to come to the store, she will call her district manager.The district manager will tell her not to give you a refund, and at that point you, like me, might ask to speak to said district manager and the lady working will say no.You may demand that something needs to be done now, because this is ridiculous, then maybe she will reach her GM and the GM will tell her to give you your refund and then finally, after over a month, they will give you 12 dollars, which wasn't even the full amount of the receipt, It's obserd any company working in 2024 has such a shitty process of refunding a customer who did nothing wrong other than use an app.Food is fine, service is the worst I have ever had
