Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Since they have been open for a little bit, the drive thru line isn't as horrendous as it used to be. My family loves their chicken. They say it's moist and delicious. They love the sauce to dip the chicken in as well.

Yum haven't been here in a while it was yummy. The service was great, also the selection of music was great. Will definitely return soon...

One of the kindest raising cane's I have been to. The customer service was just spectacular! I kept forgetting the restroom pw and the girl was so patient with me. The food came out fast and piping hot (much like most cane's). The common stations were constantly restocked / clean. As well as the tables were wiped very regularly

09/21/23 What does every teenage girl want to eat with their friends besides Chick-fil-A and Starbucks? You guessed right if you said Raising Cane's. The obsession is real. So my daughter was finishing up her second year on the varsity volleyball team this past season and sadly, it was her last being that she's a high school senior.So every girl on the team hosts lunch before a game. It started off with pizza, then sandwich trays and chips, then one day, someone brought Olive Garden pasta's, red and white, bread and salad. No holds barred from there. The next parent took their Chick-fil-A orders, then another time, a parent got Chipotle catered and set up a taco bar. I was having a hard time deciding what to feed them for our turn. I had to think smart and practical. And what do I do? I think like a teenage girl again! Lol I matched the energy of the parent who brought Chick-fil-A but refused to take their orders. You get what you get and you're gonna like it! Lol And they did. I ordered the 50-Finger Tailgate pack. It suggests it feeds 13-17 people. I ordered crinkled fries, toast and coleslaw as well. Can't forget the Cane's sauce. I was a little worried ordering online thinking that they'd mess up the order or that it wouldn't be ready on time because I'm just paranoid like that. But it was ready when I got there and everything were in the bags. Great and fast customer service. Appreciate that. All under $200 for 13 girls and 3 coaches. And there was half a tray of chicken left. We shared that with the physical trainer and some kids hanging out. This was a perfect choice. As the girls got their food and walked away, I heard someone say 'Lauren's mom is cool.' Periodt. Lol

Love canes, got food poisoning here tho! Do not get the slaw. Was sick for two days after coming here.

I come to this raising cane's location often since I live nearby. They've made a mistake on my order on a couple of occasions. Instead of including my coleslaw they've given me extra bread twice now. I love the coleslaw so I didn't enjoy those meals as much as I usually do. However, during my latest visit the coleslaw had a piece of PLASTIC I almost swallowed! Photo attached. This is not cool. Unfortunately my fiancée threw away our receipt so I feel I'm unable to contact customer support. In addition to the plastic in my food the fried batter on my tenders was soggy like the fries usually are. Don't think I will be coming back anytime soon. Check your coleslaw peeps!

Food always turns out good, but I've had my order messed up here quite a few times. One common thing I've noticed is that the workers at the window often tend to seem confused on which order belongs to who in the drive thru.... I've had the wrong order handed to me too many times, so whenever I give my name to the people at the window and they seem confused, I say "Red flag ! Check the bag !" and check the whole order right then and there before leaving the window. Workers seeming confused when you get to the window is an automatic red flag that should tell you to check the bag before leaving the window

So I was so excited to try this place for the first time and when I drove away I went to check my food and realized two pieces of chicken were missing. So I come back and when I got those two pieces of chicken the lady at the counter had a rude attitude when the problem was their fault. They masked it by saying give them a kids meal. Please fix rude workers behaviors and make sure workers are counting the chicken they put into these meals.

I came in and ordered food. I went to sit down and recovery unoccupied table was dirty. Management failure.I asked a lady behind the counter to wipe a table, telling her they were all dirty. She came out from behind the counter and wiped the table I waiting for. Then she went back behind the counter without cleaning any other table, including the filthy ones on either side of the table she cleaned foe me. Management failure .I ear here a few times a month around lunchtime. There are always at least some tables dirty. No one is looking at people leaving and cleaning up. Management failure.

Service was good. But the fries were undercooked. I'm not sure if this was a one time thing but I will be avoiding this location in the future due just in case they regularly under cook fries. All the other food was fine. But considering how few items are on the menu, I expect food to be cooked right every single time. It's worth driving to another location.
