Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Ordered a box combo and a 3 finger combo all extra crispy and all my toasts with butter on both sides. Everything was given to me as ordered but the chicken was soggy as hell and the breading was already falling off the chicken as soon as I parked my car. How the hell is that extra crispy chicken? And how is that even acceptable? There was 2 girl crew members and a female manager when we were in the drive thru and not one of them did their job in checking the accuracy in my order. They were sooo quick to push me out of the line and my damn order wasn't even correct. Now I'm in the damn restaurant waiting for my extra crispy chicken while the rest of my food is getting cold and not extra crispy anymore. Canes standards really have taken a nose dive in the recent years. For a place with a limited menu, the consistency is DEFINITELY not there anymore. Rather go to Dave's or CFA where they actually get the order right

Today we took food to go great customer service very friendly. I just love coming here. It's always so clean when I drive up... we do come here quite often.. line was long but it went fast like I said before. Great customer service thank you so much for having great employees. See you soon.

Came by the drive thru this morning around 10:30am to pick up some food for my aunt. Took a very very long time in the drive thru. I thought they had just opened hence the long wait but I looked at their hours and they have been open since 9am. There was only one person in line in front of me too. The female at the window asked if I wanted ketchup and I said yes and didn't even get any. Also the bag felt very light. I opened it before I gave it to my aunt. Noticed that there wasn't that many fries? I don't remember Raising Canes skimping out on portions.

The popular chain restaurants are so well known that I usually skip the reviews. Cane's fried chickens stand out with its crispy and flavorful chicken tenders and the yummy Texas bread toast; of course, its secret sauce is a must-try. I don't really care for its fries. My teenage kids are regulars here and it often draw crowds of youngsters especially in the evenings and the weekends for gathering and fundraising events. I like the inside decor with the disco balls and the wall arts. The staffs are attentive.

Raising Cane's is the typical go-to for those looking for chicken wings and lemonade. Located across the Cerritos Mall, Raising Cane's has its own small parking lot making parking not too much of a problem. This location also offers, indoor dining, covered patio dining, and drive-thru. The establishment itself is typical of every other Raising Cane's. Since it is a newer location, I appreciated how there was a lot of seating available and that it was very clean, especially for a fast food spot. When ordering, our server was kind and didn't rush us by any means. The food came out in a timely fashion, and the line to order wasn't long at all when we got there on a Friday afternoon! I got the classic Box Combo (4 chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, and a drink) with an Arnold Palmer. The chicken wings were tender and crispy, and when dunked in their Cane Sauce, had the perfect balance of salt and tang to it! The fries were a little soggy by the time I got it, but the Texas Toast still had the perfect crisp to it. Overall, an enjoyable dining experience for a quick lunch in the area!

Uh uh! For about $11 a jug of lemonade you better refund me my money or give me 3 gallons of iced tea or something! Because what the hell is this? I had my order picked up and got 8cups of ice with a few sips of lemonade to replace the 2 gallons I ordered, smh yall trippin! I ordered a 75 piece and 40 breads and yall ain't the cheapest! At least give me 8 cups filled with lemonade only and no ice! Yall lucky this chicken and bread is good or I'd remove another star

Opened a few years ago, so one of the newer and cleaner locations. The server, Will, greeted us and happily took our order. I usually get the box combo and sandwich combo on toast instead of the sandwich bread. Sometimes the chicken and fries are crispy, but sometimes not - so just wish there was consistency.

The location always has enough parking for customers. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas are kept clean, though it would take some time for the tables to be wiped and sometimes, you may have to bring it to a crew's attention. Their bathrooms are tidy and smells pleasant.Every time I visit this place, the crew getting my orders is nice and friendly, and the crew preparing my order always gets them right. In my visit this afternoon (10/11/24), I noticed that their chicken fingers have become smaller and soggier. The change is very noticeable, especially for me who would never miss a month without visiting this place, though the latter has always been the case for their fingers.I am aware that they have increased their prices, probably a dollar, in the past months which is the reason why I'm wondering why the change in size.

I live one block from this location but I always drive to the Lakewood or Downey location due to the food tasting better. When this place opened I was going there everyday until I noticed that other locations tasted better. For example, the items at the Cerritos location need improvement. The toast often times is not cooked throughly so it's not done, I use to finish browning it on my own but got tired of doing it. I've only experienced hot fries once, any other time they are chill to the touch, the chicken is a hit and miss, sometimes it's fresh and other times you can tell it was sitting. The last thing is the drinks, they have always been watered down. If you don't believe me try the one in Lakewood or Downey and then order the same thing at the Cerritos location and you will definitely taste the difference.

Amazing staff, so friendly, always cleaning, everybody is positive. Deja was very kind to me as well as the manager? I think she is. The chicken fingers are honestly small asf but I love the staff so it makes up for it.
