Pupuseria Sabor El Salvador

Ok so I want to clear up some stuff for this guy because it isn't fair.All the reviews with one star saying he's rude.I was a normal human being and actually conversed with him. He explained some month ago someone placed an order for over 200 people for a party. When they were ready, she said she didn't want them anymore.. you can imagine the hit he took for that.When he asks for a code; you go there once and put you last name or first name so he knows you're a regular there and won't do him dirty basically since he doesn't ask for a down payment.Either that or go in person to place an order.I think it's fair being a small business.That being said, this food is absolutely great! Amongst the best places I've had! They also give you super hot chile de árbol on the side and mmmmm.Just don't mind the comments of the people here. He really is a cool guy and to be honest, if they mistreat you or your food oh you know it's gonna be bomb lol. However, you absolutely don't get mistreated.

Always serving delicious pupusas if you're in the area this is a must to try. There's no dining in so you can call ahead or order there .

The pupusas are delicious but the customer service from the owner is terrible. It is the worst experience ever, it just gets you in a bas mood. He is so impatient, uncler and rude. I have ordered from here a couple of times and every time I try to by pass the service but it is not worth it to get pissed off after ordering something because someone is so rude. He acts like we are coming to get food for free.Las pupusas son muy ricas pero el servicio al cliente es el peor que he recivido en mi vida y no es solo una vez pero siempre que interactuo con el dueño es una persona demasido arrogante, impaciente y habla como si vamos a agarrar la comida gratis. Cada vez que ordeno algo termino muy molesta por este hombre y la verdad ya nunca vuelvo a llamar, no vale la pena.

Worst customer service ever. Food was once pretty good but now I felt everything was either too greasy or salty. The guy that takes the orders is rude and impatient. Idk how this place has 4 stars.

We have been ordering from this place since they opened! Today the owner was such an asshole and was being so rude! Lost a loyal customer. Viejo malparido. Queriendo apoyar su negocio. Que coma mierda. That whole pin stuff is hella suspicious and dumb. Phone etiquette and just customer service in general and rude as hell. Solo ladra pero no muerde. Cuz in person he is so nice. Like wow sirr.

Love these pupusas. I love the price. I always get Pupusas and platanos fritos with beans. So delicious.

The owner is very rude I tried to order through the phone and he wanted the card information I didn't have my card and I was trying to explain I could pay when I get to the restaurant and he hunged up the phone very rude shouldn't be a way to treat a customer .

When you try to order by phone the guy answering the phone it's so rude and also ask for a password??? to place the order. If you don't know it you're not going to be able to place any order.really bad service comí from the owner.imagine the workers

It's sad because there are people that sell and don't have the attitude to do it and all of them have a horrible attitude and they talk to you like the food is free or gold and the most illogic thing is they ask you for a code like how am I supposed to know what that is

The service from the guy that answers the call is horrible. makes me not want to order from this place anymore. Muy mal servicio del señor que contesta las llamadas.
