Pupuseria El Buen Sazón

They're on the smaller side but the flavor is rivals my fav spots in East La. Prices are perfect too. It's mostly for take out though because their dinning area is very small and it's hot in there.

Honestly my fave spot for pupusas! I came across it one day while in the area and have to say it was a good thing I did. It's been my go to pupusa spot. Great price, size and amazing taste! I've tried the revuelta, bean and cheese and cheese pupusas and all great with the perfect amount of filling, they don't skimp out on you. You really can't go wrong here and the service is always great, I usually place phone orders and it's ready quick. They pack enough curtido and salsa each time. It is small but they do have some tables and chairs to dine in.

The food is Salvadoran and Mexican it's Tasty and at reasonable prices.It's a tiny place so I order for pick up and they're fast and friendly.(but closed on Sundays)

A tiny little pupuseria that feels like a secret because it griddles up the best pupusas in South LA. They are not the enormous platter sized fellas you might see elsewhere. Here, you'll get teacup saucer size pupusa with a perfectly balanced blend of savory creaminess and seasoned pork. Real pros know that the mark of a truly great pupuseria is how they handle their Queso con Loroco. Only my dearly departed Grandma makes a better one than the one you'll find at Buen Sazón.

My son wanted popusas for his birthday so we ordered them from here. We ordered about 20 popusas, beans and plátanos fritos. Wow! Everyone love the revueltas, and the bean and cheese. We did not like the zucchini popusas. The beans were so good I was glad I ordered extra beans and ate them during the week. The price was inexpensive and delicious. We will be back. My son was so happy with his food. We took it home to eat. They package the food and it stayed warm.

I've been here 3 times and for some reason the ladies always give attitude and are very rude even when I place large orders and yes I do tip them, today I got there right at 7pm without realizing that they close at 7pm yet the doors were open and the open sign was still on which led me to believe that they were still open for business but a young girl very rudely told me she was closed and wasn't taking any orders in a very rude manner. Anywho since I had my mouth set for pupusas I went to a great place don't the street and needless to say I found my new Pupuseria restaurant.

we've been meaning to try this place since it's close to my house and we finally gave it a try! the pupusas are well priced but a little smaller than expected-- still, they're very stuffed! the prices on the menu need to be updated, here's what i got:revueltas (just cheese and chicharron) $3queso con frijol $3just queso $3.10queso con loroco $3.25a large fresco ensalado $6.98the cortido was really good, salsa a bit watery but still very flavorful. i will possibly be a new regular here! salvi approved

Was craving pupusas for lunch and my go to spot near work had closed down. . Yelped for a new place and found this spot. Called in my order. They said 20 minutes ... took 30. But they were super friendly when I showed up. Sat and waited for the order. Ordered 5 de queso and 5 revueltas ... and some yucca frita with chicarrón. The queso pupusas were super cheesy and greasy (my favorite kind)... soooo ... yummy! Lol. The revueltas were good too. Curtido and salsa were on point as well. The yucca with chicarrón were ok. A little dry but not too bad. I'll come back.

The pupusas are delicious great flavor the size is perfect for a normal person I recommend the Lori with cheese. The location and space is not for seating there ordered to take home, the price is fair better that other locations

They only have four small little tables for you to dine in and when you approach the cashier which she is the waitress also, she is very un polite. You can tell that she's not fit for this job. I sat down after ordering to eat there and then after I got a emergency phone call And told her can I please have my food to go instead and with Anger on her face, she threw the bag and the box on the table and turned around and walked away without saying anything. Last year I ordered 60 pupusa for Christmas and they were very tiny, not the regular size as I've bought them before, but they still charged me the same price. I also ordered a bread called quesadilla, a big one for 50 people, and it was so embarrassing for my guest because it was not well cooked. I did mention these problems to the owner and in regards to her Cashier she responded. I'm sorry there's nothing I can do with her attitude. They are people that we just can't change. She is my daughter-in-law and all she can reply was I'm sorry for her and for the food and for the service. like if nothing was wrong.
