I understand skeptics of the hype when a newer spot opens up and everyone raves about it but I assure you PS is the real deal. Best burger in the South Bay from my experience. Loved the RB pier and hermosa locations and thrilled they opened in the village.Met Austin and JW tonight, very nice guys with great customer service. All around 5 stars, nothing bad to say

An expansion location. It serves smash burgers, fries/tots, shakes, and soon...alcohol. This is my first time to this location and the second time to the chain. This an order at the counter and when the pager goes off, you get your food type of place. They have some arcade games and self-serve fountain beverages. The cashier was nice but inflexible with the ordering. My daughter put in her order and then I was going to put mine in and my other daughter's order. He then states "you need to order all your burgers first and then the fries/tots, and then drinks." Who is this... the Burger N@zi? I mean, learn to go back and forth on the order entry system. Sheesh.The shakes came out 20 minutes before the burgers. The shakes were great but if you're trying to feed a family, the kids won't touch the burgers after filling up on the shakes. You can't wait either because the shakes will melt. They were busy so maybe that's why their timing was off. The burgers were just okay. They weren't smashed enough to get a crispy meat lace on the edges and they were on the crumbly side. Flavor was okay. Was it because this location had just been opened for 2 weeks and was busy? Maybe. The tots and fries were just okay too. We had orders of both. The tots were not piping hot, crispy and were oily. The fries were better. I think the duck fat bit is gimmicky. If they can just use regular oil and drop the price by a buck, that would be better. Overall, I think they need to work on the service and timing at this location. I liked the vibe of the Hermosa beach location better but the parking situation was worse there. The food seemed better prepped at the other location too. The food was just okay and priced between a fast food place and a sit down restaurant. I also think asking for tips for a place you order at the counter and have to pick it up, is ridiculous. Bottom line, would I go back? I was excited to see the location open up. However, I don't see myself craving PS and making a specific trip there. However, I wouldn't oppose eating there if I was in a group that wanted to go either.

This spot may be new to the Riviera, but it already feels like a neighborhood favorite. It's got a super chill vibe, with both indoor and patio seating, plus four arcade games by the soda fountain for a fun little throwback. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food? Next-level good.I went with the PS Burger and fries, and wow. The double smash burger was juicy with crispy edges, topped with melted cheese, grilled onions and pickles--simple but perfect. And the fries? Thick-cut, cooked in duck fat, and insanely crispy. Pro tip: Don't skip the zesty ranch. It's an extra buck, but goes really well with the fries!!!

We usually go to the hermosa location but this location is def better... but whatever is most convenient for you works. The space is new & the service is A+ making everything hot + made to order. There's a good beer spot next door that you can order from & bring your food to if you want as well. This is in a great location in Redondo and was a wonderful addition to the neighborhood. I can't eat proudly serving too often but when the craving for a good smash burger kicks in.... This is your spot. Def in the top five running for best smash burger in LA. A must try.

Great addition to the neighborhood. Bright and clean (and fun!) interior with good service. Burgers are always on point and prices are very reasonable. Parking can be tricky (there's a bunch of spots behind the restaurant). Pro tip: one order of fries is plenty for two people!

Very good restaurant in Redondo Beach. I had a grilled cheese and fries, which was excellent! Based on the number of people there when my family and I visited,, it seems to be a popular place. I understand why, because the food was good, the prices were fair and the portions sizable. I can definitelh recommend Proudly Serving!

So excited to check out Proudly Serving at their opening day! I first visited their Hermosa Beach location not too long ago and was blown away by the quality of the burgers and fries. Speaking of the fries...do NOT sleep on them...they are ridiculously addicting and I find myself craving them specifically #thickfriessavelives My go to order is their P.S. Burger with a side of fries and zesty ranch! I'm very particular with my ranch and theirs is sooo tasty. The burger is (no surprise) phenomenal and it's one of the best smash burgers I've ever had. It's simple yet executed very well, which honestly is sometimes all you need.The location is bright, spacious, and the aesthetic and vibes are A+ (they have arcades!). The staff was also very attentive with cleaning and the cashier was nice friendly!All this to say, proud to be a Proudly Serving patron!!

PS burger was our favorite. The chocolate milkshake is 1,000% worth ordering. The fries were insane (get two orders, don't recommend sharing one order if there are two of you). Service was friendly and food came out fast. Love that they have outside seating too. They even had a high chair for our little guy.

We recently tried the Hermosa location and now we've tried the Redondo one. Same great quality and taste. I had the brunch burger and it was delicious.

I just tried this place out! Got the PS burger and regular order of fries & chocolate shake. Everything was delicious, and not excessively greasy it felt like everything was the perfect amount. Our order was out pretty quick too! I love the decor of this place as well, they have old fashioned pinball machines while you wait and just an overall neat place!! My new go to burger joint
