Smash burgers are on point! The fries are fried in duck fat, which is incredibly delicious. Service is order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. All the employees that walked past made sure to check on us to see that we had everything we needed, and everyone was super friendly.

Was in search for a good smash burger and brought the kids with me. Loved their PS burger. Delicious. My son got the pastrami burger, destroyed it and then ordered a PS burger and crushed that as well. (He's a teenager) He liked PS burger best, said the pastrami was too overwhelming and liked the burger flavor best in PS burger. I also tried the chili cheese tots. The tots cooked well, sliced cheese with chili on top. Chili was ok, all meat, but light on flavor. I would not get again. But chili would be good on a burger. Also liked that there were pinball games, added to the vibe. Will come back!

I had a really good experience at Proudly Serving! Possibly because you're only steps away from the beach, but their burgers and fries are definitely worth trying if you happen to be in the area.It's a fast casual joint - you order at the counter and they call you when your order is ready. We tried the PS Burger and the Chili burger. The PS was your standard smashburger, but their chili burger was the favorite. It had a nice little kick with the chili. I also really enjoyed their duck fat fries! Definitely a step up from other places and they cut them like steak fries.They have limited tables, bar seating and outdoor patio. They also offer beers on tap, sodas and milkshakes.

Very much a locals spot a couple blocks from the beach. Inside seating is small: handful of seats at the bar, 3-4 tables inside, a few picnic style benches inside/outside area and a handful of two-tops outside. Music is pretty loud and has that party vibe. Food was delicious. Fries were great and burgers were moist, rich in flavor and topped off with a soft bun. This place is fast casual (order at the register and wait) and has one busser constantly clearing tables and one runner who goes between serving at the bar,taking orders and checking on orders in the kitchen. However, FOOD TAKES FOREVER! We ordered online at 4:47p with the internet saying 5:35 pick up. Food was given at 6:10p. Everyone who came in and ordered looked to wait ~45+ minutes. Was it worth 1.5 hours? No. Is it worth 45 minutes? Not really. All in all i wouldn't return, but glad to try once.

Came to proudly serving and had a great meal. We got the PS burger and tots. My husband got the triple IPA and I got the pale ale. Both were great. We're from Alaska and told the girl we were new. She helped us on the menu and gave us one of each dipping sauce to try. All three were amazing. She also brought us a little handful of fries to try. Also very good. I think they're battered and as they say here thick fries save lives. We will definitely be back

So delicious!! The service was remarkably quick, the food was hot and staff friendly. I love their fries. I noticed several Trader Joe's employees coming in for lunch. Good sign. I hope they make a killing here! We needed a new burger joint !

I am so happy that I was able to find this hidden gem by the beach! It has a very laid back, chill vibe to the place which I loved :) the staff were very nice and helpful.I ordered the PS burger and an order of chili cheese fries and they did not disappoint! The burger was very juicy and still had those crisp edges that added some extra texture. The chili cheese fries had a good portion and hit the spot! There's mostly street parking, but there's a lot of spots around so finding parking shouldn't be a problem. And then after eating here, you can take a walk to the beach! Win win lol.

This place has it all: delicious burgers, great beer, and it's perfectly located next to the pathway for one of the most beautiful sunset walks in Hermosa Beach.We love the chili burger here. It has just the right amount of chili--enough to add flavor without being overly drippy or oily. Plus, they serve duck fat tater tots! Eating these square-shaped tots brings back such nostalgic memories from high school.Overall, it's a fantastic spot to relax with family and friends. Afterward, you can take a leisurely stroll along the pathway to enjoy the sunset and help digest the guilty pleasure of a burger and beer!

It was packed when we went of a Friday night but they didn't take too long to get our orders out and the staff were all very friendly and calm despite the rush of people. Everything was really good and I'd definitely recommend the tater tots with cheese. I couldn't really see much of the inside because it was so packed but the outside seating wasn't too bad.

Friendly hole in the wall with a small but mighty menu:- a few beer draft selections- a few wine options- nice burgers (if you're not a fan of ketchup, ask ahead to skip it)- fries and tots, with +$2 for burger patty (yum, more red meat!) or chili cheese as toppings Celebrated 1 year with owner and locals today. A huge crowd for the specials. Kitchen was busy!Sadly, today was also the last day for the El Segundo partnership with coffee shop Two Guns. We liked the juicy burgers that came out of that kitchen, the open air patio that was kid friendly. Farewell! Another location to come soon.
