I really wanted to like this place. What caught my attention was the cake jars. I'm a cake snob and it was right across the street from my son's barbershop. Unfortunately, their menu is not updated and they no longer serve any wraps. We arrived at the 12:20 p.m and were reminded they close at 1:00 p.m. so I definitely felt rushed after placing my order. I ordered the Cinnamon Crunch Waffle for my son. Presentation wise it looked great but, it tasted too much like flour. The Waffle was slightly undercooked and was too soft for my liking. I also ordered the Brown Sugar Espresso which was okay. I do think this small business has potential but, they need to figure out what they want you to be great at. Their pastries are not made in house and the coffee is just okay. If I was them, I'd focus on quick brunch items like simple burritos, sandwiches and pair it with potatoes.

Cutest little coffee shop! I ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso and it was absolutely delicious. This was probably one of the best coffees I've had in a long time! The coffee tasted crisp and had excellent flavor. The staff here is also very kind and friendly! Will definitely come back to when in the area.

This hidden gem offers vegan options like donuts! They have everything made from scratch and we were served by the owner herself (who has written a book that I'm going back to pick up!)The owner was full of wonderful information about entrepreneurship, tours and trips she leads and overall FOOD!We asked about everything...I ordered a vegan donut sampler for the table....Ot was our monthly girls brunch day and we try a new local spot each month!The chilaquiles were on point! The egg and bacon plate did not dissapoint and the blt with mozzarella was a culinary delight!The star of the show...the bacon waffles with maple syrup! It's a must try Check out the cool merch section! It's adorable! As are the flavored teas! Our favorite was the rose lemonade It's fun to try something new

This little spot is a straight up delight. Definitely designed to cater to treating yourself, Postres Cafe is an adorable little spot located in downtown Bellflower. While the food comes with a slightly hefty price tag, the quality is worth it. Came in on a Thursday morning, there was one person behind the counter who functioned as a cashier, barista, and server. They did an excellent job and were very sweet. I ordered a Cinnamon Crunch Latte and a breakfast bagel, not entirely sure what to expect. Cinnamon Crunch Latte: Really smooth espresso, with enough milk to mellow the flavor without losing it. It was sweet without being overwhelming, and had lots of rich cinnamon notes. It was tasty and I can share I have the best caffeine buzz right now. Breakfast Bagel: Don't come expecting a bagel with cream cheese, this isn't your typical bagel. Loaded with egg, bacon, and turkey, this is a protein bomb. There is mayonnaise and shredded cheese, which was interesting and I'm not sure how I felt about it at first, but I did wonder up devouring the whole thing. Somehow it worked. Next time, I'mma splurge on the chilaquiles. Definitely recommend this spot, both for solo dining or for an early coffee date with friends. Plenty of seating and an ambiance as sweet as their postres. Go check them out.

Postres Café located in Bellflower, CA. We want to make it known that Postres Café seems to be more of a bakery and lunch spot than it is known for coffee. When we stepped inside, it was empty and there was a sour stench of burnt bacon. We didn't see anyone in the register, but eventually someone came out from the kitchen door. The employee was very nice, helpful, and thorough with her recommendations. We asked for a hot Cinnamon Crunch Latte with oat milk. They added a creative presentation to their drink, adding Cinnamon Toast Crunch as a garnish. Naty described her drink as sweet. Eventually the texture of the cereal became soggy. The drink was also heavy on cinnamon, but that was probably the cereal's cinnamon mixing with the drink's. We also ordered an iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with oat milk. The drink lived up to its name: "Sugar." This was probably one of the sweetest drinks throughout the Coffee Thursday exploration. Other locations are normally careful with their flavors and the amount of sweetener in their drinks; this location was a reminder that there are people who prefer an overwhelming sweetness to their coffee. We personally didn't enjoy this drink, and couldn't get halfway through it. Although there were people who eventually arrived and liked their coffee. But personally, I would not recommend this drink. For food we ordered a lavender doughnut. They bake their bread and drizzle a flavored cream on it with the chosen flavor. This pastry was a little too sweet for our palette, and when trying to neutralize the sugary pastry, we needed water (as our coffees were just as sweet).Overall, the service was very nice and we were grateful for the lady who assisted us. However, this place isn't something positively memorable in terms of flavor. As reviewers, we have to give our honest feedback. Perhaps if they're more cautious about their ingredients, the sweetness, and artificial flavors, the location could have potential to serve creative coffee as they have pretty unique ideas!

Friendly service. Vegan donuts were meh. No one enjoyed them to be honest. It does contain almond milk so it's not nut free. Hours on Yelp need to be updated they were not open yet when I got there

Buenos DiasUpon walking in I got greeted And I let the cashier know , I'm a first timer and I'm yelping.Looking for some breakfast for the boys to drop off at school.So I drive be here several times ,just never stopped.Here are the things I ordered 2breakfast burritos and one without sausage, and an ice cold Vegano me Latte with Almond milk .Vegano latte very good cold!!!Okay I had to snip a bite from the burritos (both of them) since they are for my 2sons at school have to be fair right lol..the burritos have to look the same. I have to tell you ,please don't let the size in the box fool you, they were pretty heavy and I am going today this very loud for the background noise of other up and coming small businessesThe HASH BROWNS on the burritos fresh, soft and not BURNT BROWN!!!!Thank YOU to the Cook.The Decor 5/5Music 4.2/5Cleaning mess 5/5The atmosphere/surrounding Areas 4/5It's on the corner which gives me a little goosebumps because driver do not KNOW how to slow downI'll be back for sure

Beyond my expectations. Chilaquiles verde sauce with avocado. Different taste. So delicious. Super friendly staff. Such a cute and cozy restaurant.

This place is good, but it's always randomly closed... so make sure you call before going. I was looking forward to having brunch there with my friends.
