Popeyes

Dine in service today 11/1 was 5 stars.I usually order through the app and pick it up to eat at home but since I had other errands to run I decided to dine in today. The girl at the register was patient and knowledgeable. I had trouble using my app and the kiosk systems weren't working either so I ordered at the register with the girl who took the time to assist me with my order and verified to make sure the order was how I wanted it to be. The location interior was kept clean and it was fairly empty so there was plenty of seating. I would come back to try other menu items.

Came here at about 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night and there was no line. I ordered one chicken sandwich and it took longer than I thought it would considering not many people were inside either. The staff were friendly, as we asked for sauces, forks, and water all at different times.The classic chicken sandwich was juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The breading was slightly more heavy for my preference.This is also one of the cleaner Popeyes I've been to. And liked the glass jars in the middle of the dining room! They added a nice aesthetic.

Needed to use the restroom and was told I needed to purchase something. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the employee was a young guy and took forever lending me the key. Literally no one in the store or at the drive-thru at the time. I used the restroom and came out and my order still wasn't ready. Again, this location had no customers inside at around noon on a Friday and hardly anyone in the drive-thru. It's clean and spacious and there are outlets for charging phones and laptops. The sandwich was mid. I would recommend if you're in a hurry and need to get lunch at a place with no line, but the wait to get the sandwich is just as long as a place with a line.

The chicken sandwich was just under $7 and the service was nice. The chicken sandwich was a little more soggy and had a bit too much sauce. The ambiance was not very clean and the water did have an after taste.

We had not had Popeyes in a long time until recently. Over the years we have tried many locations and overall this one gets food, service, quality, cleanliness and how quick the orders are filled correctly better than any of the other locations we've visited. If you are trying to decide who has the best fried chicken at a fast food business, then look no further than Popeyes. Their sandwiches as well as all their other food items are always hot, crispy and delicious. Give this location a try and you won't be disappointed.

Love the food. This location hires employees who cannot pay attention and successfully perform the simplest of tasks... putting a fork in the bag, napkins, wrong items. Embarrassing.

If you like a little bit of ringside entertainment with your food via employees with attitude, this comes free with your meal order!Want a side of argumentative attitude with your chicken sandwich? You definitely don't need to get punched in the face in line--just watch the staff go at each other. Okay; it only happened once, but I came inside to pick up an order and there was one person in line in front of me. One of the young ladies told her manager in a very combative way, "that's not my job" and continued to rant when he asked for something simple. All right in front of me and the other customer! We gave each other a look and he interrupted the tantrum-throwing team member and her meek manager to say, "hey, that's not professional." All we wanted was some fried chicken, but we definitely got some hot and spicy temper with our order.OK it's not normally like this, so don't expect as much entertainment when you come in. But, I will say that the employees seem checked out and barely there most of the time. You get double-paned glass--both on the window and reinforced with glassy-eyed employees who clearly don't want to be there. That clarity is more transparent than the glass windows. Want fast service at this fast food? Then be prepared to intermittently fast. Hey, it has a whopping two stars compared to the 1.5 star of the La Palma Popeyes! Mathematically, that's a statistically significant 33.4% higher review average! And that's me being generous by rounding up to 0.4%.

Amazing service I got my food very fast and the employees were very kind I like Popeyes and the service ! And the restaurant had a very home kitchen feel .

The drive thru entrance is a little difficult to find and the exit is a little troublesome. The food at Popeyes is always great. However, this location has forgotten to put the sauces in our order a few times, which definitely impacts the enjoyment of the meal. I was disappointed that even though it was on the receipt, they didn't include it once again.

Well , I used to love this chicken , unfortunately, who ever own this location , must abuse the employees, cuz customer service, is so horrible, , the food is OLD , they ALWAYS, give you the order Wrong ( drive thru) , also what ever you order you have to wait in the parking lot , and many times at least 3 times , they forget, that we r waiting in the parking lot so I have to get out ofMy car and walk inside the store 20 to 35 minutes waiting, and today chicken is OLD , COLD , no flavor what so ever , and the forgot to give me my Smashed potatoes, , I I'm very Disappointed , and I promise to my self to NEVER RETURN TO THIS COMPANY.I DON'T LOVE THAT CHIKEN , from POPEYES , you guys should learn , from CAINES , good service, always my order correct , I'm sorry I will never comeback BAD MANAGEMENT, BAD FOOD , BAD EMPLOYEES .
