Poncho’s Tacos Truck

This second outpost of Pancho's Tacos Truck really attracts attention with its bright red truck especially in the night sky. By day the space is a parking lot for an auto/motorcycle repair shop and I'm certain of opening hours but closing is at 2 a.m. the owner said. That sounds perfect for its proximity to the many local dive bars. We were here at around five in the late afternoon when they seems to be getting started. There is a comfortable seating area but we did a to go. The Carne Asada tacos were absolutely delicious. The corn tortillas were soft and sweet, the spice sauces and guacamole sauce were scrumptious. The limes and cucumber added to the tasty treat. The workers were extremely congenital, to boot. It was a happy Siete de Mayo even without any Margaritas.

The truck is amazing, has everything and the portions are huge. Everything is super clean, the staff are great and their salsas kick ass. My favourite for taco Tuesday with bomb al pastor only $1 all day.
