So today I went for dinner to this location which I have always went to. To my surprise was super disappointed. The staff here are so rude. The music going on at this store is ridiculous, all I heard was gangster rap music , the staff laughing like if they are at a club. So I order miso soup and poke bowl with rice . Why do I go get my order and the soup was literally colder than the weather we are having, the bowl was served like if was for a child. So I go up to cashier to advise that my soup is cold and the ignorance of the worker started to giggle like if something was funny so unprofessional of this person. I get that it's a restaurant and they don't take their job serious , but really your all gonna giggle like it's funny. What happen to the owner !!!! being their at his store . If your gonna have staff like this you will lose business and the portion that I pay for is what expect. Also your location use to be clean and now it's a mess maybe instead of your staff giggle and being rude should clean up and have better manners . VERY DISSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED, DISRESPECTFUL staff/ All DDD here . I wouldn't even give u one star but I have to give you one to put my review. Thinking of not even coming back here !!!!!

We went last night to pick up good an hour before closing. They were cleaning up and had half the restaurant closed. We asked if they were open and the kid there rudely said yes. We walk in, no one greets us, or acknowledges that we are there. We wait 2-3 minutes with the kids talking behind us but nothing. Finally someone comes out and she's rude and curt. No apology or anything. We finally paid and asked for our free miso soup and never got it. At this point we were so annoyed we just left. I've been coming here for quite some time but have never had ruder customer service.

Nice poke place with decent price. Looks like local favorites from the crowd during lunch time. Food is fresh since they have high turnover around. They have Grill Menu, Tacos and Wrap too. They charge extra for anything add on. 50 cents for extra sauce, masago. $1.50 for avocado. Free Miso soup or fountain drink for Yelp Check In. $2-$2.95 value. Nice modern ambiance with open kitchen. Big protein letter on top of service area.

We were craving poke and could not find a spot with good reviews in our area. When I walked in, I was instantly greeted and asked what I would like. Since it was my first time here, the guy explained everything to me and was very patient. I ordered two large poke bowls to go and it was sooo good. They even had hot cheeto dust to put on top which is a must have. I'll definitely be back here!
