I WANT TO GATEKEEP THIS PLACE! But it's sooo good I can't keep it to myself. Poke&More food is absolutely DELICIOUS and such a HUGE WIN for this part of town! I've honestly tried a bunch of things from this place and they have been good each and every time! Poke is tasty, made fresh daily. Chicken is juicy juicy. Flavor is on point. Each dish is made with love!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Huli-Huli chicken with garlic rice (btw I don't use the lil sauce that's included bc the flavor is so good already on its own). This dish has this tantalizing aroma, the chicken was incredibly juicy, flavoring has that perfect chef's kiss balance, and it straight up looks beautiful. Like beautiful to the point that it looks like it came straight from the TV! This chicken is what I'd want if I were stuck on an island. I'd literally eat this every day. This is my Roman Empire (IYKYK)!! It's THAT good! Prices are fair and decent. Especially for portions and considering this economy and relative pricing of everything and everywhere else. To be honest, I thought it would be more expensive considering the quality! Service is sweet, homey, and you can tell that the owner/staff are really putting so much heart into this place. It's not always the fastest, but remember this is freshly prepared food from a smaller staff. But honestly that being said, the most I've ever waited for food from this place is like 20ish mins. Really not bad considering how fresh everything is. It's really made from the heart and with love! Anyways, I love this place. This is one of the true GEMS of the South Bay! DEFINITE MUST-TRY!

Spicy Mayo Poke Burrito 9/10Fresh, delicious and not too spicy.Wish it had more yummy Poke=10. The quarter Chicken. 6/10The appearance was nice and the inner texture was tender, the overall flavor was lacking a sauce topping to magnify the flavors. It came with a tasty Potato salad but it was such a small portion. I would easily go back for the Poke, the warm and friendly service, the plentiful parking and the good seating.

I was intrigued when I read that this spot offers a fusion of Hawaiian and Filipino cuisine--two of my favorites! On this visit, we went with a little bit of both. For the Filipino fare, we tried the Adobo Chicken ($10.49), served with two scoops of rice and macaroni salad. For the Hawaiian cuisine, we got the Meatballs Loco Moco ($12.99), which also came with two scoops of rice and mac salad. We also ordered the Crunchy Spam Musubi. The Meatballs Loco Moco came sizzling on a platter, which was a pleasant surprise and a nice touch! The dish included eight small meatballs and two small eggs. I added grilled onions, which enhanced the flavor.Another highlight was the Crunchy Spam Musubi, which was hot, crispy, and delicious. I would come back just for this! The Chicken Adobo, however, was one I wouldn't get again. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry, tough, and didn't taste fresh.I also noticed the rice scoops servings were really small, and the macaroni salad was served in a tiny cup.Overall, I have mixed feelings. While the sizzling meatballs and crispy spam musubi were definite highlights, the dry chicken adobo and small portions left me wanting more.Service was friendly, and the food (with the exception of the chicken adobo) was overall ok. Would I return? Maybe! I'd be willing to try more of their sizzling loco moco plates--and definitely get another order of the crunchy spam musubi!

Was craving rice for lunch and decided to stop by here. Although the food took about 25-30 minutes to arrive, the workers were very friendly and the service was good. Beef loco moco comes in a sizzling plate and I highly rec! Tocino was average, not as sweet as we'd like for it to be.

Opened for a year and I haven't been around. Their original location is in Long Beach and before I would go often during nursing school for their Tuesday deal. Glad it's still going strong here. They have an abundance of salmon and tuna poke. Felt like I was in Foodland haha! They still offer for you to sample 3-4 before making your decision. But they're even have rice plates that go well with your poke.I'm biased and I like tuna 20x's more than salmon but still the salmon pokes are delicious. I like the spicy ones, spicy mayo is a go to always but they have a spicy garlic and that uses chili oil. The spice level is very mild so don't expect that your mouth is on fire, it's just a slight tickle lol.The crunchy garlic poke was good, no heat. And the fresh mango poke is slightly sweet from the mango. Seriously their poke is delicious. You can get it ala cart, bowl, or wrapped in a burrito. Also got the spicy beef ribs and definitely not spicy but I liked how they had chili oil on the side to add to your liking. The meat was very tender. The kalbi marinate was more flavorful and I liked the zucchini noodles and their Mac salad was actually really good! A bit sweet and tangy. They also have some other dishes like loco moco and tuna sisig. The owner was there and she was sweet and helpful. There is a parking lot shared by other businesses.

This restaurant is new to the neighborhood. But "Poke & More" is not brand new to the hospitality industry. They have a sister store in Long Beach (Carson St x Cherry Ave). The owner / staff are Filipino. The food served is the type you might find in a family operated cafe in Hawaii. It's Filipino Hawaiian "home style cooking".On this first visit, I tried the chicken adobo ($10.49). The order included: two chicken thighs; two scoops of rice; and one scoop of macaroni salad. The chicken was stewed tender. The plate, as a whole, was hearty. And for the price, I feel it offers a better value than a lot of combo meals offered by fast food chains, nowadays.I also ordered a spam musubi ($2.99). I don't know if they made this to order. But in Hawaii, there's a lot of good grab-and-go musubi; and this one was good. The shop is geared for take away; but it does have a small dining room which is neat and clean.

A family-owned, downhome, mom and pop shop with THE best food. I saw their beef rib plate on social media and hearing that it is a Filipino/Hawaiian restaurant, we had to check it out. We ordered both the grilled beef ribs and the spicy garlic beef ribs. Both were very good but the spicy garlic beef is so full of flavor, I was happy that it came with zoodles and white rice with fried garlic on top to spread the flavor around. It really was love at first bite. It also comes with a mac salad and it was very good. They have a bar of different poke to choose from, much like delis in Hawaii serve them. We got the spicy soy tuna. Marinated long enough to pack a punch of flavor! Another friend in my party got the moco loco with a white gravy and they said it was very good. The moco loco comes with two eggs and Portuguese and it can easily be shared between two people.Service is excellent. The woman behind the counter is super friendly and I felt we were treated like family. It just adds soul to the place and food. Ambiance is super casual, often quiet as there is no TV playing (although I see evidence of karaoke) and no music playing. Overall, I love this place and can't wait to come back to try other dishes, particularly the tuna sisig.

They are so nice here offering samples of the poke. There's a limit though which is politely mentioned in the signage but definitely give it a try. This is a Hawaiian restaurant but with more of a Filipino influence. We ordered what else...Chicken Adobo, of course, along with a Single Patty Loco Moco. The food was made to order. We would for sure come back!
