It was our first time visiting this restaurant. In my opinion, it was a bit pricey; but the food was delicious and we liked the vibe. The service was awesome! We would definitely visit again.

Had an amazing brunch with friends at Poached Kitchen in Anaheim Hills! This spot is a good neighborhood go-to for breakfast, lunch, and brunch. We ordered the Steak and Eggs, Ribs Omelette, and Chicken and Waffles. Each dish was cooked to perfection, with generous portions and rich flavors. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was a delightful surprise--refreshing and not overly sweet. There's free parking, which is always a plus. Additionally, it's conveniently located next to Tesla Supercharger stations, making it easy for electric vehicle owners to charge up while enjoying a meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. Whether you're looking for indoor or outdoor seating, and we waited like 20 mins to get our seats. Overall, Poached Kitchen offers a fantastic brunch experience with delicious food, convenient amenities, and excellent service. We'll definitely be returning!

Tried poached today for breakfast. Wish we tried it sooner. You order and pay when you first walk in. You pick a place to sit, then a server brings you a tall chilled bottle of water and glasses to share with your table. Coffee is drip coffee. My husband said it was good. I had their fresh squeezed orange juice. It was fresh, tasted like I squeezed my oranges in my backyard. Very good. I was pleased to see they use organic foods and free range eggs/chicken. The steak they serve is also grass fed pasture raised. Makes you feel better about what you're eating. Hash browns were good. I had their morning scramble with bacon. It comes with 3 eggs, choice of protein and white cheddar cheese, and choice of bread (whole wheat, sourdough, English muffin). My husband had the house Benedict. He really enjoyed it. Service was very attentive. Kept refilling coffee and asking us if we needed anything. Felt very welcomed. They have indoor seating however they open the sliding glass wall the outdoor seating. So if you tend to get cold like I do, being a light sweater. We will be back. I will be trying the steak and eggs next time.

Such a perfect addition to Anaheim Hills! Fantastic menu selection! We got chicken and waffles that were so delicious. The breading on the chicken was light and flavorful and so were the waffles! We also got the French toast with poached pears...so so good! We also got a white peach Bellini and a pumpkin spice latte. The PSL tasted like it was made with real pumpkin, not a syrup. I can't wait to go back! Love that you order at the counter but they bring you your food, great service.

Great place for a quick easy brunch with large portions. I'm not a huge fan of these systems but you place your order at the counter and then claim a seat (I just feel rushed to order haha). Orders come out fairly quick! I ordered the seasonal chicken Al pastor melt. The sandwich was HUGE especially for the price! Bread was delicious, chicken juicy and had a pleasant crunch spicy veggie toppings. Would definitely order again (if it wasn't seasonal).

Poached Kitchen is a nice brunch place with a colorful patio area and a clean and modern interior. With the sun out, the restaurant has a relaxing vibe despite how crowded the place was on a Sunday morning. I ordered the bottomless drip coffee to pair with the Ricotta Cakes. My coffee came to my table first, and I immediately regretted ordering it after my first sip. The coffee was overly bitter and tasted burnt. The cream was not enough to salvage the taste. On a positive note, the service staff was good as they were observant of my cup and automatically poured more coffee whenever the cup was near empty. The Ricotta Pancakes were beautiful. On top of 3 big cakes was a layer of blueberry compote and a layer of lemon whipped cream and lemon zest. The cakes were nice and fluffy without being too sweet. The cakes also remained firm despite the layers on top while I was eating. The blueberry and lemon combination brought in a refreshingly sweet and tart flavor profile. As a recommendation, do not immediately pour the syrup over the cakes as the syrup will make the cakes soggy. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and would had given a 5/5, but the bad coffee lowered my score to a 4 instead.

A great breakfast spot in Anaheim Hills - I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 as our experience with the service was just satisfactory, but the food was delicious. We came on a Friday mid-morning and there was no line at the counter where we went to order our food. I subtracted one star because service was just okay. We decided to order the "Short Rib Benedict" ($19), the "Ricotta Cakes" ($17), a "Breakfast Burrito" ($16), along with a "Dulce de Leche Latte" ($6.50). The worker at the front seemed unfriendly and quite distracted as she asked us to repeat our order 3 times and initially repeated our order back to us incorrectly. Additionally, while we ordered the "Short Rib Benedict", we found out afterwards that they were out of the Korean short ribs and instead only had a "Birria Benedict" so we settled for that instead but it would have been nice to have known that sooner. Our food arrived in a timely manner in under 10 minutes and I was excited to dig in. My favorite dish of the 3 was the Ricotta Cakes which were fluffy and delicious. I loved the blueberry compote it came with and enjoyed it so much, I was left wishing there was more. The Benedict was solid but the real star of the dish was the hash browns which were perfectly crispy and buttery. The only dish of the three that I was a bit disappointed with was the breakfast burrito. It seemed pretty small for the $16 price tag especially because it didn't come with any additional side and was just the burrito itself which was standard at best. The ambiance of the restaurant felt clean and modern and I liked how Poached Kitchen had both indoor and outdoor seating available. While the restaurant is a relatively decent size, it can get pretty crowded. As Poached Kitchen is located in a strip mall, we were able to find parking relatively quickly.

Loved that they put a new breakfast place near us. It's bright and open and casual which I like. You order at the counter and then go find a seat. The menu is pretty robust from savory to sweet. We enjoyed what we ordered. Eggs BenedictHuevos Rancheros

Solid place for brunch and very friendly servers. We sat up at the bar and the barista suggested delicious coffees and a chai latte. Food portions were pretty generous and tasty. I would come back and try the other dishes on the menu. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Lots of seating but it can get pretty busy.

The ricotta pancakes were so fluffy and definitely the highlight. The Benedict was also very delicious. Stopped in for a casual brunch date and we left very happy and satisfied. It was a busy location, but the service was quick and we were seated within 20 minutes. A casual restaurant with delicious brunch items.
