Horrible costumer service! Ordered a pizza for pick up through my app. I went to go pick it up as soon as my phone showed it was ready. I show up and older short hispanic lady tells me it'll be ready in a few minutes. She's speaking Spanish with another employer stating "pizza still looks raw and I placed it in twice" when I asked if it was ready, the older lady quickly had an attitude and assumed I was "Postmates pick-up" asking me whose the pizza for. I specified to both employees the app stated the pizza was ready and I ordered it for myself, the lady walked away from me as if she didn't care about giving me a raw product. When I spoke to the other employee I told her "I'm not taking this if it's not cooked all the way". The older lady then came back asking if I wanted it cooked for a little longer and I said yes. This isn't the first time this lady is on her high horse and still can't believe she's employed with that attitude.

If I could rate this location a Zero star, I would. We tried to put in an order via phone. My mom was not even able to complete the order via phone, when asked for the lady to repeat the order she said tell me what it is you need. My mom started to repeat her order and was interrupted, time after time. When she asked the lady to let her finish because she was confusing her, she yelled and told her to stop "yelling." Definitely was not yelling, as someone who has worked 17 years in customer service, PATIENCE is one thing that goes a long way. My mom is on the older side, and sometimes they take a little longer to figure out what they need. It does not look good on the business.
