Pizza D'Amore

I really like this place for the amount of items offered at this pizza place. It checks off main pizza items that any given time that I want pizza, there's also another side that I feel that needs to go with it, like pasta or buffalo wings. Ordering online with them can get you a small discount and you can even tip them as you schedule your order, although rarely when I do this, the app service didn't show the restaurant I had the order. Their pizza was my first test as I've struggled before to find pizza that didn't trigger acid reflux for my wife as I had to call Pizza Hut or Little Caesars every time she had an unmodified pizza. Very likely how this sauce is prepared, she loved this pizza and so I love this pizza.Parking can get bad, especially if the plaza is busy with customers going to the other stores. There's not a whole lot you can do inside the pizza store aside from waiting and standing around, even possibly picking out your soda or dessert in the fridge that's in the waiting area.

I was around the area and had a craving for some pizza. I ordered online because I noticed there were some good deals from their website. Decided to order the medium-sized deluxe pizza and the chicken pesto pasta. Received a confirmation email and approximate time I can pick up the food. The website also tracked my order status, which was nice. I arrived shortly after I saw that my order was complete and ready for pickup. The staff greeted me but told me that I would have to wait another 15-20 minutes because there was a large order ahead of mine. I didn't mind the wait. Though the place was small and a bit run-down, it was fairly clean. The only seating available was outside and it was comprised of two chairs. Not an issue, but when I did finally receive my order, I noticed a few things:- The pizza, though the toppings generous, was a big wet and soggy in the middle. Despite this, the toppings tasted great and so did the crust!- I tasted the pasta to see if maybe it they were just light on the pesto, but nope. It was a different order. In addition, the pasta was overcooked, and the chicken was dry. Wondering if it's worth trying again. ):

We've had several disappointing experiences with this place, and unfortunately, we've come to the end of our rope. There seems to be no accountability from the staff, managers, or owners.Most recently, a friend ordered delivery, and the food arrived 30 minutes later than promised and was cold. When my friend called to report it, they were hesitant to do anything until they called the delivery driver and confirmed that my friend's house was the last stop. Once they realized what they were being told wasn't a fabrication, they offered a credit for the full order next time my friend ordered along with a promise that when my friend wanted to redeem it, the order would be comped (since they didn't offer a refund at the time). My friend's house is less than a mile from the location, so it's confusing how the food could arrive cold. They clearly need some major improvements in their logistics.My neighbor just called to follow up on their original promise, but the employees on the phone were unhelpful and rude. Their staff kept questioning the original situation and refused to honor what was initially offered. It's frustrating to deal with a lack of follow-through and poor customer service. We have had similar negative experiences with longer than promised wait times. Due to how they treated our friends/neighbors in addition to previous experience we will never order from this business again. As you can see I've reviewed previously, the overall quality has significantly decreased since then.

Very nice heart shaped pizza with a decent amount of toppings and sauce. Ordered delivery so will not comment on ambience. The delivery was quick and correct.

Go to pizza joint around the corner from the hale!Nice dough, sauce and cheese with a cool ass crew in the kitchen.

Once you eat their pizza, you will be going there every time your pizza craving kicks in. So delicious !They are in a small place but very clean and the service is great! Thank you a million times!

I got the flyer of this pizza restaurant yesterday and decided to taste their pizza today. The space is tiny but they have huge selections of menus such as sub, pasta, salad, all kinds of pizzas, wings, and desserts.I am surprised about the pizza toppings. I ordered the large deluxe and counted the toppings and noticed 10 toppings of deluxe pizza was for $17. My experience with Pizza D'Amore was nothing but positive. We had a pretty big party at the park nearby, and their large catering pastas and their party size pizzas fed everyone well! I always feel hesitant about getting pastas at a pizza place, but they were genuinely good! We had the spaghetti and meatballs, fettuccini alfredo, and lasagna. Everyone complimented the food, and were shocked by the size of the pizza.I ordered weeks prior over the phone, and it was a very easy process. Great customer service, and a great price considering I fed 70-80 people. They definitely won my future business as well! Parties can be stressful, but working with them was not. :)

This was my go to for pizza and not anymore. Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got the surprise I wasn't expecting what look like a sausage turned out to be a cockroach! Yuck! I'm just glad I didn't bite into the back of this slice! Not coming back ever again.
